Customer service is horrible at this location! No signs to let you know returns are only upstairs so waited in line for 30 minutes until I got to the register and the cashier told me. When I first purchased the item all their reps had nasty attitudes and were avoiding customers. I get it's a holiday season and it's overwhelming- I've worked retail before, but when you are in customer service and at a mall like this, you should try to be a bit more courteous. Avoid this store if you can. You are better off buying from other retailers. Definitely won't be returning to this store.

Store hours say you are open till 9 pm?? I come here at 7:30 and you are closed?? What ??? Why?? That is way to early for a friday night. I lagged all my stuff out here to be closed.

The worst customer service in the world!!!!! I hate Zara soi much only because of their customer service. I will make sure that anyone in my community of friends and family will know not to shop at Zahara no matter what! Just not acceptable ! You come wanting to spend money and leave, wanting not to enter the store anymore in my life Store manager named Stephanie has zero experience with dealing with people and providing with care. The customer Service over the phone is even worse!

Poor customer service. Always long lines to the register on a weekend, be ready to spend at least half an hour waiting. Associates show absolutely no interest in providing help. In my case, I was looking for a return, help with finding my size and exchange and have to wait in a line for return first; then I've been told to look for the size myself (after asking for help); and then wait in a line again. I definitely see that they need to work on customer service, and probably new management.

I can't believe how bad the quality of this clothing is. I bought a jacket to go to a wedding and the first time I used the zipper it literally broke off. Not fun to be at an east coast wedding with a jacket that won't zip. I don't care how low the prices are, there is no way I would ever buy something from here again.

I love Zara kid clothing and buy a lot online for my kids. This review is for this store who made me stand in a line for 20 minutes upstairs then told me returns are DOWNSTAIRS. Now I'm wasting another I dunno how many minutes waiting in a 40 people line. What a crappy way to spend my Sunday afternoon. It would be great if they had a BIG SIGN at the END OF THE LINE to say that upstairs. This is why I don't shop in person. Thanks for nothing VF Zara! Non apologic staff too. Ridiculous.

spilled something in the store on accident and felt so embarrassed and ridiculed. if i was a worker in the store i would hope that workers would at least acknowledge the apologies given and that an accident happened. instead what occurred was all 4 employees behind the counter continuing to act has nothing had happened while my mother kneeled on the floor and had to ask on separate instances for a towel and trash can to try to clean up the mess. horrendous help. i understand that it’s a simple retail store and no above and beyond service is necessary but i would atleast hope to be offered some help or tools to clean up messes. all i got was to be made a spectacle of infront of the rest of the line while all other cashiers watch with judgement instead of doing their jobs. a mop and some help would have been nice as i wasn’t the one on the clock at the time. side not both my mother and sister whose fault it was apologized many times.

I love their clothes, shoes and sandals. I have usually shopped online but this time I went to the shop and did shopping. Since it was the weekend there was too much rush and line for everything, whether you buy and try to pay or even to try out the clothes in their changing space there was a huge line. I love their styles. If you want to try to visit during the week, I hope it's less crowded. Customer service is great and staff is there to help if you need. The only issue was when people couldn't figure out between the purchase line and return line, people would stand in the line after purchasing but they are standing in the return line and when they come to know it's the wrong one then they have to go to purchase line which is again long and they have to go back all the way again and wait for their turn, so that's very painful for customers.

I wish there is something below zero stars!I am 38+ pregnant woman, feets and hands already swollen. I am at the mall to check one store and go back. However, I wanted to try one item at zara really quickly, I told an assistant that in my condition I can't stand for so long! And that I wish he could offer somehelp by helping me skip the fitting room line and cashier line. "This is typical in Europe" he said that he doesn't think he can do anything as everyone is equal! I explained being almost 39 weeks pregnant could never be equal and it is actually a disability!I asked him to ask his Boss, he came back saying they can't do any thing as everyone is equal. He suggested I try the men's fitness room. I went, all men at the section staring at me I felt so embarrassed! Fitting room curtains had 1" gap on each side! How could a pregnant woman be comfortable changing at men's section with this gap! I requested the room at the end for at least some privacy!I felt very insulted in this Store! Treated with disrespect and my condition was totally ignored! The assistants at the men's fitness room were nicer than those downstairs at the women's.

This is probably the worst Zara location I’ve ever been to. The employees are super rude and they roll their eyes at you if you need any sort of help. One time they told me to call the customer service line if I had a complaint instead of letting me speak with their manager. The cashier and return lines take forever. You’re better off going to Aritzia next door!

Do the employees at this Zara actually read all of these negative reviews about themselves? If y'all are reading...what are your thoughts??? Because....holy s**t! I just wasted my whole entire lunch break coming here for no damn reason!!!Apparently, there is a different line downstairs for returns. I stood in line for 10 min upstairs only to find a sign that said "Purchases Only". If you guys are going to do this; have a big legit sign overhead that states this! Not just a random paper photo-copy standing next to the register.Meanwhile, the only 1 cashier is moving like a sloth, while you have a long ass line and other sales associates just walking back and forth through the line in front of me.Please hire additional cashiers.....as....CLEARLY....this is more needed than associates just walking around aimlessly. I ran a clothing store as a manager at 17 years old, and would not let the store run like the way it does here.And again...make a clear overhead sign above your damn registers!Anyhow, so I walk downstairs after finding out I couldn't make a return upstairs, and that line goes even deeper than the purchases line. OMFG!!!! I didn't have anymore time to waste, since I had to get back downtown SJ from my lunch, so I had to leave; hungry and not even getting my 1 item return accomplished.I already hate going to Valley Fair to begin with, and so, if I were you, avoid this location at all costs if you are looking to just make a simple return.And Zara employees, please don't be an a**hole at any establishment you visit where the service might be a bit slow for you...because y'all take 1st place for the SLOWEST moving retail line I have ever been in in my whole life! I can't even imagine what it's like on a weekend or...oh my gawd...what is it like there during the holidays???

My recent shopping experience at Zara was marred by terribly rude and unhelpful staff. The blatant disregard for customer service was striking, transforming what should have been an enjoyable visit into a deeply unpleasant ordeal. This experience has unfortunately tarnished my perception of Zara, a brand whose products deserve far better representation.

Line for returns is insane. How is not staffing the return registers or only allowing returns in one specific line of registers a smart decision? It only leads to the worst customer experience

Having shopped at several Zara locations for decades, this one has always been the worst since the day it opened. It is always a mess with piles of clothes everywhere, lots of registers with only 1 open, and the employees work at a very slow pace. During my visit today I made a visit to shop for clothes for a trip. After spending time shopping and picking out about 8 pieces to try, I was told that the fitting rooms were closed because they were closing soon (it was 30 minutes before closing time). This is a HUGE inconvenience. Had I known this when I first walked in, I would have spent my valuable time shopping elsewhere. Waste of time.
