Saw this when it was being victimized by classless blm looters. They did nothing. I dont support businesses that let criminals get away with their crimes....it just motivates them to go back, and I won't be there nor any of my family when the next time happens....

They wanted to charge $160 to repair a screen or get a new phone for $370 , mind you this was on an Apple 7 iPhone, what a rip off. We Fix Now in the mall repaired the screen for $70. I will never go to the Apple Store again . Great people horrible company!!!!

Came in because I needed a new battery for my phone. No one greets you when you walk in. A bunch of workers standing around talking. Walk up to them only to be ignored. Finally we were able to get their help and be checked in for an appointment. That seemed useless because I still had to wait 30mins for my appointment while numerous employees stood around talking with one another and not actually helping people. When our appointment came the worker ran diagnostics and confirmed the phone needed a new battery. He took off the screen protector and ran the latest backup. While that was happening he asked if he could help someone else and we agreed. However, the phone had completed the backup and the person who had been helping us was still with the other group and didn't check in with us again. We had to get someone else to help but only after being checked in again and waiting another 30mins. Finally the original person came back and with all of the waiting that had been done the time in which the phone would be done was going to be later than expected. They said the battery would be held for 5 days and we agreed to come back the next day. We weren't thrilled to be leaving without having the issue resolved and more-so because the worker had removed the screen protector. Maybe remove that when you're actually going to take the phone and not before?Anyway, we return the next day and are once again greeted (or not) with their "stellar" customer service. (Note the sarcasm) We were completely ignored and even when we walked up to workers they simply looked at us and then continued on talking with one another. Annoyed we found another worker and were checked in. They came out from the back to collect the phone only to be told that they did not have a replacement should the repair go sideways. We were never told that the day prior and couldn't understand why they were so ready to take the phone a day earlier but now did not have a part. We left once again without having the issue resolved and were told they would call when the part is received so they could proceed with the replacement. Definitely not looking forward to coming back for a third time. I also had to go and pay for a replacement screen cover because the worker had removed it too early in the process. If you have an Apple Store that is more helpful and customer service focused I would say go there and avoid this place!

I’ve called this store 20+ times the last three days after receiving a voicemail that they have “urgent information” for me. No call has ever been answered. Not even the remote Apple help-desk employees can get thisstore on the phone. This is unacceptable.

Beware!!!! This Apple Store uses Deliver it, a small delivery Company that doesnt have live or chat. Make sure to tell this Apple Store you want ups or fed ex to deliver your merchandise.

My daughter bought a brand new M2 Apple Laptop and it had some major battery issues but the excellent management team got it figured out and made it right, well done!
