Thanks to Joe it was good but when I received the car the inside panel of the driver door was dirty with dark oily marks. I hope the seats were ok.

Checked my new Silverado in for an oil change and to check why my rear view mirror camera was not working. Joe O. was my service advisor. He was nice enough and things started off smooth. They found the problem of the RVM camera quickly. It had been unplugged when I had my front windshield tinted with a clear UV protecting film and they never plugged it back in. After what was probably 10 minutes of labor for that they charged me $225...thats crazy high but my real gripe is that I never got a call that my truck was ready. I finally called 6 hours later and the girl said she had no idea if it was and didn't know where Joe was. She said he would call me back. 2 hours after that I called again and talked to receptionist who was very rude and then put me on hold for 10 minutes. I finally decided to get an uber down to their dealership (AutoNation Chevrolet was supposed to pick me up) to see what was going on and there was my truck sitting in the parking lot. I went to the service receptionist and asked why I never got a call that it was ready and she said Joe went home early. I then asked why no one else had notified me that it was ready and she just shrugged her shoulders and asked for payment! All in all a horrible experience with them!! I will NEVER return there for anything and I recommend to anyone considering going there for service to make the drive somewhere else. These people seem to just not care about you and only care about collecting their payment

We called and asked if we could drop off our Escalade and specifically asked if there was time for it to be diagnosed in which the answer was yes. My car sat at your dealership for 13 days before we were given a diagnosis. Then, over the next 2-3 days we were told 3-4 different issues, only to be told that “actually, nothing is wrong, however we CAN replace our motor mounts.” My car sat there 16 days basically for nothing. Our serviceman sounded CLUELESS every time we called in. We requested for a service manager to call us back and didn’t ever receive a call from him. This place is a joke when it comes to service.

I have to admit, this is one of the best experience I had buying a car. I had post on my previous experience on google with other dealerships, but that's a different story.I have been researching for a car for a while now and last Month (November), the high winds snapped the tree outside our house and it fell on my car. The insurance marked it a total loss and I had to look for a replacement.I had contact Tesla to look at the car and been on chat on in communication with them for a week. I then stopped after the remarks made by their CEO.I also visited CarMax. I guess the sales person didn't think I was serious enough. I checked out there BMW 530e at that location, which was a bit bigger than my 330e. But unfortunately, it had a lot of accidents. After my test drive, there was no follow up from CarMax.While I was looking, I also looked at a Kia Sorrento Plug In Hybrid. It was listed by Kia in Van Nuys as for sale, so I went there and checked out the Sorrento and it actually had Car damage from an accident but was not listed on the notes in Cargurus.I also found a Toyota Highlander Hybrid and I contacted the dealer north hollywood toyota. They told me that it's not for sale on and then 2 days later, I got a notice from Cargurus that the car was sold.Luckily, I found autonation in Valencia. All through out the process they accommodated me. I been in contact with them for let's say 3-5 days. I went in on Friday to test drive the car and sleep on it. They allowed that no questions asked. If my main sales person was not there, they had someone assist me. I requested Friday night if they could charge the car so that I can test the EV range and drive, they said yes.Then I came in Saturday night with my wife and Kids. The waiting area is pretty decent and they even have a kids room.I test drove the car and it was as amazing as I expected.Since this was a preowned car, I know there will be dings and scratches. But there is one scratch that they were willing to fix the chip and schedule it.There were 2 other things that were missing from the car that I requested. The Charger for the Car since it's a plug in hybrid and the 2nd key.There were able to get the charging cable to me by Monday and the key arrived Friday. I was asked to pay cost for the key as it was not included for the sale. But the cost for the key if it's their cost was significantly lower than buying it from the dealership.Overall, questions were answer in a timely manner with respect and integrity.They really go above an beyond what is required of them.Thank you Roberto! You are the best.

We had a scheduled appt. for Saturday morning, and the vehicle wasn't looked at until Tuesday afternoon. My husband called on Monday for an update and he didn't receive a return call. I had to ask for rides to take my son to school and to get to work. If someone would've called us on Saturday with an update, we could've rented a car. When we finally received a call, we were told they couldn't replicate the problem so we picked up the vehicle and nothing was done.Service rep. definitely could use better communication skills!

From the moment I walked onto the lot, I was treated with dignity and kindness. Steven Sibley approached me in a very low-key manner. His demeanor and his conversational tone allowed me to share what I was looking for and the manner in which I hoped that it would happen. Over the course of our conversation, he listened, acknowledged, and thoughtfully suggested ideas on how to make it happen. Between Steven and Susie YLIZ, the rest of the process was smooth, efficient, and most pleasant. Driving the car off the lot felt right. I thank them both for their excellent service.

We made an express service appointment for a simple oil change. My husband inquired about the chip for the heated steering wheel that we were told a year ago we would receive once the ship came in. All of the sudden our model does not have that option yet it is on our purchase paperwork. After waiting over an hour for the oil change appointment and seeing that the car had not been moved, my husband asked for the car. He expressed that it was unacceptable after making an appointment that they had not even taken the car back after waiting an hour. No one seemed to care and shrugged it off. My husband was half way home when he realized they did not leave the fob! So he had to turn around and go back to retrieve it. All in all, a complete waste of time! We had been looking at purchasing a truck in the next couple of months. Last time I purchase a Chevrolet. Customer service is non-existent!!
