The is the worst bank I have ever been too. I saw the commercial and thought this might be a great bank to open a business checking account. We go in and the office manager Allen said I need this this this here is my email to send it to me then I will schedule the appt Monday to open the account. I emailed all the info then called to see if he got it. He was in a meeting. I called again Monday he was at lunch I emailed him Tuesday then called later Tuesday he was not avail. Then I called Wednesday and told the young lady if I don't hear from him today I'm not even don't to bother. This is such poor customer service and communication from a branch Manager. Like he can't even respond to my email or give a courtesy call. I don't know how long this bank will stay around because they suck!!!! I ended up going to US Bank by Kohls. Absolutely excellent. I called first an got a response then the young man emailed me. We went in and opened 3 accounts. Everyone there was super helpful and friendly. So I recommend us bank if your looking for a great bank and excellent service. You're not gonna get it at BMO. they're terrible.

What a dumpster fire this bank is! Right off the bat the manager stated "Looks like everyone is in a bad mode." Then without even asking what we were there for he said "I'm understaffed and cannot help." Then he spent way to long manslaining things we already new. We came prepared with all the paper work he told us we needed months ago but he "couldn't even look at it until January 7th". He would not listen and then threatened to freeze our account and keep us from our money. I have a 3 minute video but here is a clip of his blanted threat. Not once has this "manager" been polite or helpful. He is absolutely preventing us getting our money at this point, plus he is unable to explain the overdraft fees when there is $20,000 in the account. He also said "if you don't want to bank here, take your money and go!" THAT'S WHAT WE KEEP TRYING TO DO BUT YOU WON'T LET US!

RUN AND DON’T LOOK BACK! This bank is a HORROR SHOW! Imagine every abuse of power a bank could take with your money then apply that to BMO. From holding your funds for weeks, to transferring you to every department filled with robots, to refusing to pick up the phone, to the app not working or sharing your private info, to charging random fees on your account to lying about referral rewards and interest rates, to lying about everything. This bank should be criminally investigated. If you like depositing money then accessing it DO NOT BANK HERE.

Everytime I drive there to deposit Money thru the ATM, the ATM machine is not working. So I got hit with overdraft fees that I was able to catch in time but the machine was down. When I called cust service they did not care & would not credit me withe fee even though they confirmed machine was not working.

I open the account with them and they entered the wrong social had to come and verify that I don’t live in the city had to come all the way back just to verify my social and my ID and I still have the wrong birthday so now I can’t even use Zell. I can’t pay anybody through the account and I have to go back to the branch just to fix it. This is ridiculous. And they won’t answer the phone call the customer service, and they still won’t fix my account they keep saying I gotta go to the branch which it’s branch that keep make messing up my account!

I came on here to see if everyone was experiencing the same stuff I am with this bank this bank is horrible they do not answer their phones every time you go in somebody's on lunch or on their break or not in. The manager is rude. Finally when you get a hold of somebody after hours of trying they'll put you on hold for 20 minutes and then hang up. I'm trying to get an issue resolved due to overdraft fees but I cannot get a hold of anybody so I keep getting charged overdraft fees.

Great branch! Staff is super helpful, Michael went out of his way to help me with my business line of credit. Michael was very personable and knowledgeable. He even helped my daughter open up her first account. He really went out of his way to make sure she understood everything and even helped her open her first credit card as well. A worker named Patty was very kind and knowledgeable to. This branch is super convenient, clean, and the staff is great! Definitely earned my business!

Worst service I have ever experienced. Entered the bank and no tellers were observed. Stood around for awhile and had to ask an employee who was helping a customer by the name of Michael to call for a teller. He stated they were in the back. And that was all. He didn't call for them. I stood around some more while he talked to a customer about buying a house and still no service. I eventually walked out. Did he ask for me to wait so he can help me? No.....he just kept talking about buying a house and wanted to view it. Never going back to that bank for any kind of service. Almost closed my business account that day. But the bank I usually go to redeemed themselves. NO service from Michael.

what the f*** is this bank even good for!? ive been a member for years along with my grandmother and you would think they could speed up a bit?? anytime i come to any branch the simplest transaction takes for f****** ever. I just came to make a deposit and this branch is temporarily closed- cant use the atm outside because Im still waiting for my replacement card (for over a month now) WORST BANK EVER

I'm done with this bank and headed out the door after 20 years of banking with them. I needed to transfer MY money last week to Coinbase, a US business' US bank account, and was told they would not allow it coz Coinbase is crypto. I said it's MY money - I'm not borrowing money from BOTW - and I know exactly why they are refusing. As a result, my potential investment has gone waaayyyy up within a few days. So thanks to BOTW, for causing me to lose money. I'm just your average customer trying to secure a good future for me and my family. No, big banks' 1% annual interest just isn't gonna cut it. Please take your ordinary customers out of your big banks scared of crypto issues. No wonder banks are losing customers to crypto,
