One person says rooms are small. Pay no attention to them. Another says breakfast is packed and no refills. Packed is relative and based on time. Get there early and no problems. No refills! They clearly are confused or didn't stay at this hotel. Either way they are wrong. Have been at this hotel three times since June for our Six Flags pass. Just back home last night 12/24/23 and this review is fresh.Noteworthy details: Right off US 5 but very quiet inside. Pool and jacuzzi not used by many guests, for some reason, but our family did. Pool clean so no issues. Short hop to Six Flags. Short walk to several places to eat if you don't mind 100 yards. Only hint is if given choice between 1st FL or 2nd FL then pick 2nd FL. Never know if guest above has a real heavy foot equal to Saskwatch or not.

The staff as a whole are exceptional! I had the pleasure of meeting Deborah who takes care of the breakfast in the mornings lovely lady very professional and was extremely calm while being mistreated by another guest. I also had the pleasure in meeting Judy, Lizbeth,Brittany,Nancy,Alex,Maria and the housekeeping staff my apologies for not getting their names. Just a wonderful experience all together minus the disrespectful guests towards your wonderful staff.I've spent a lot through the years with Best Western and this place use to be very welcoming. New management isn't always the best. ?

Stayed here on our trip to Six Flags. Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly service. Delicious breakfast buffet. You definitely get what you pay for here. Made our trip comfortable and relaxing.

The WORST hotel we have ever stayed at, guests were playing loud music up and down the hallways at 3:30am, people were constantly coming & going from nearby rooms at all hours of the night, loudly talking, laughing, we could hear everything. We were traveling with young children & all of us were awake from 3:30-6:00am from the loud music, guests in other rooms were talking and laughing for hours we could hear their entire conversation throughout our room. My husband went up to the front desk and the lady at the front desk had no idea what to do seemed alarmed but there was no way she didn't hear the loud music being played. Would never recommend to anyone else unless you want to be awake all night.

Paper walls, you can hear everything. No rules for the pool, guests were screaming by the pool at 1am, banging with the iron door and being very noisy. Banging on doors in hallways in the middle of the night is standard issue here. Breakfasts are full of people in the morning with no refills of food. The dry toast for breakfast was inadequate.

Price is right, about $155.00 per night with a nice breakfast. Location is very good, just across from 6 flags California. We use this as our half way stop when traveling to San Diego.

CONS:All weekend I was having issues with my room key. My toilet would not flush. One front desk was just trying to leave me at there’s no maintenance available as if moving me to a different room isn’t an option. The other front desk rep was able to contact maintenance from next door. However, even still it did not work. I came back to my room late night and smelly with waste still in my toilet. Even after being notified, a new front desk rep still didn’t handle the situation for me. Very disappointing. My friend traveling with me had her room moved twice due to it not being clean.PROS:Location: if you’re coming to six flags it’s very close and convenient. Lots of other food places in the area as well.Breakfast: Comp breakfast is pretty decent and they have a staff working to try to quickly replenish what goes out.My room was clean so I didn’t have any issues in that area. I guess it is a hit or miss.

To start, McKenzie at the front desk is the most amazing person I’ve ever encountered. She is so sweet and kind even when we first showed up at 11pm, a time I’d be cranky at lol. She is so quick and efficient up there by herself, even apologizing for the minor wait we had. I’d give the place five stars for her alone. The room itself was real nice, especially so for the price! The beds were comfier than pricier hotels we’ve stayed at in the past, and I can say the same about the pull out couch. The air conditioning works great, had us all freezing in our sleep. Shocking to have an inexpensive hotel with a mini fridge. My fiancé and our friends took part in the free continental breakfast and had a great time. My fiancé would like to emphasize how great the omelettes were.Overall, McKenzie is amazing, the room is comfy, and everything is great and clean and wonderful. I will forever be a Best Western girly.

So we didn't actually stay here because Expedia never sent over our reservation so they had no record of our booking. But upon arriving the front desk agents worked really hard to figure out what happened and even worked with Marriott to get us a room there and got them to match our price that we had with Best Western. So although we didn't stay here we were incredibly happy with the service we received.Nearby activities: Magic mountain is a 5-10 walk awayFood & drinks: Mexican restaurant and American restaurant across the streetDenny's on the same lot

Good location close to Sixflaggs, but a lot of smaller things not working. Reservation got "lost" from best western, laundromat requires a weird app which only works with a US cell phone or a lot of work arounds and will cost you 10 bucks. Dryer not working, long out of coffee situations during breakfast.

This Best Western is a fair hotel. The nightly rates are probably aligned with what you would expect to be less then 2 miles away from a major amusement park. The check in process is easy and fast. The app lets you pre-confirm the day before, and also gives you the option to use a virtual key, but this location still only uses magnetic stripe card readers on the door handles, no NFC or RFID here. They always have hot coffee (regular and decaffeinated) with sugar, and a choice of creamers in the lobby at all times. They also have a number of complimentary items they can give you, such as razors, toothbrushes, etc. There is also a “market” where you can buy bottled/canned drinks, chips, deodorant, etc. for sky high prices. A Monster was $7 plus tax. There is a complimentary breakfast every morning from 6am - 9:30am or 6am -10am, depending on the day.The rooms come with a nice sized TV, a tiny refrigerator (no freezer space) and a microwave. The bathroom is exactly what you’d expect it to be in a best western. The staff here are nice, and they do have a shuttle to Six Flags Magic Mountain during certain months. It ended a week or two before our stay. Just call the front desk for info on that.
