Jesus and Genesis were very helpful and professional. I had a challenging personal situation where I needed a large package sent and documented through the shipping process for legal reasons and they listened to everything I needed and had a can-do attitude. I appreciated how carefully Jesus packed things. They were honest with me about how long it would take and they were actually done before that! It was quick and relatively affordable.

I had a very unfortunate situation, where I had to ship a entire couch back to Amazon, and I could not find the box to fit everything. I found box city, and the customer service. there was amazing! I don't know what I would've done if I didn't find them, they made everything so easy for me to ship back! I highly recommend them for any of your shipping needs. Amazing customer service. Thanks Box City! You guys are the best!!!!

The two guys that were there when I went were awesome. They have a lot of supplies and boxes for shipping. The one guy helps you by putting the box together so you can see if it's the right measurement, then takes it apart so you can purchase it. Very kind. Shout to Jesus and his co-worker that helped me and my aunt find the correct boxes.

Looking for odd size boxes for packing or shipping, this place has them. Good price when buying bulk! I have been here for a year. Most of the time, I came here for boxes, tapes & packing paper. I already had things in mind before coming here, so it was easy for me to grab stuff and go. If I couldn't find some thing I want, I would ask and got help from the employees. Nicely asking for help, for sure they couldn't deny helping you! I came here with my hubby most of the time, he carried all heavy stuff for me. But some times, I came by myself and bought a lot of boxes and paper , employees helped me carrying to my car. Employees here were ok.. they would help you if you ask for. They just do their exactly duty they been assigned for.. no extra .. They were not smiling that much...who know ..may be they were all shy or not that happy... I saw many people reviewed about shipping with this place. I have never shipped with this place, so I can't say anything about their shipping service yet. I will update my review if I get to use their shipping service. Plenty of parking space, take credit card (& Amex)

If they don’t have it, it doesn’t exist. Don’t quote me on that, but seriously, they have just about everything you need for packing, shipping, and wrapping. The staff are all nicer and more helpful than the next.
