“After a frustrating experience with Hertz, I was relieved to find Enterprise right next door. The front desk agent was incredibly helpful and kind, especially considering it was a last-minute rental. I ended up with a Toyota Corolla — not what I originally planned, but I was just grateful to be in an air-conditioned vehicle.
A special thank you to the lady who escorted me and walked me through the check-in process — she was professional and courteous. The only downside was that the building’s AC wasn’t working, but despite that, the staff stayed upbeat and helpful.

“We booked a car here… we were taking a long distance trip with the family and concerned about a tire on the original rental. Went back an hour later and the manager was very helpful and got into another clean vehicle right away and it didn’t delay our road trip.
