Set up a 12:30 appointment with Matt 12:30 12/29/23. Checked in with teller at 12:20 at 12:50 had to leave Matt was a no show. The tellers at this branch have always been great to bad Matt is a flake. Try another branch if you need banking other than basic walk up window banking. It's a shame of the laziness of people these days.

How about having more than1 teller when there is 10 people in line. Ridiculous low level of customer service . Do better.

Ironically this brunch used to be literally sucks, but seem like after numerous complaints from reg customers, they finally changed deminer to friendlier customer service. The teller guy in mid-section stand, was super nice, polite and provides friendly customer service. This ATM gives hundreds, so you know, which is helps, if you don't want to stand online. 4 stars, because line was 9 people and only 3 tellers, wait time 19 min.

Why does this location seem to have the absolute slowest bank tellers in the world working here? It’s excruciating slow and not polite either. Go to the branch near Copper Hill, Service is much better and polite. I gave them 2 stars because at least they did the transaction. (It took 20 minutes to deposit $62 in rolled coins)

What a joke. The doors don't open so I can make a deposit. Cutting edge.

There could be ZERO people in the bank and they will turn you away for not having an appointment. This locations favorite line: "You can go to Chase.com" NO KIDDING!

My elderly parents (who have been customers with Chase for over 20 years), had an appointment with Jasmina Lujan at 2:00 pm to open a new trust account. This account was to be for the purpose of depositing the proceeds of the sale of their house.Just as we arrived at the Chase parking lot, I noticed an email from Jasmina saying our appointment was canceled because she had to pick up her children from school. I was shocked, as I've never heard of a branch manager canceling an appointment with a customer to take care of her private matters. As we were already there we went inside anyway, and I saw that she was there taking care of another customer. This went on for 45 minutes, so it became obvious she had lied about picking up her children! She had probably decided to prioritize a different customer for who knows what reason, so she canceled us.My parents were upset about the lack of professionalism and the dishonesty Mrs. Lujan exhibited. After wrapping up with the other customer she came over and I asked her about our appointment, as I'd seen her meeting with other people, and she became very defensive, acting very offended and finally turned around and walked away from us. In so doing she walked away from a half a million-dollar deposit. I finally said to her I had never dealt with such an unprofessional manager in my whole life, and we left.Today, a week later, my parents finished opening a new bank account with Wells Fargo, which on Tuesday of next week will receive a fat wire transfer from the sale of their house.Goodbye Jasmina Lujan, and soon Chase Bank also. It baffles me that such an incompetent individual would rise to the level of Branch Manager of such a major bank like Chase. Unprofessionalism and dishonesty are incompatible in any business role.Cheers.Dave

This branch of Chase is horrible and very non-professional. I had reserved my meeting time online some two weeks ago. I was supposed to meet a guy called Peter Dahabreh for my Trust issues. I waited for one full hour. No one including Peter came out and talked to me. They have no system of a register to log in. Finally I had to barge in to one of the banker's cubicle when he became free. Peter is very rude, unmannerly and never apologized for my inconvenience. I guess we lost human touch in banking. This bank needs massive training in customer service.

8/4 left work early to get to the branch by 5, got there 4:53 and they were closed. Went this morning and was told they closed for fire evacuation Dhe said they had smoke in the branch. No other business was closed and 4 people followed me in wondering why? There were no signs even on the inside doors(another customer this morning supported me on this) and teller basically called both of us liars. Even before inconsistent service from the tellers some very rude. Been a customer since the WaMu days and I am done. Banking is too competitive to be treated so poorly.

Sariah saved the day. I've had fraud on my account. Chase's fraud department suggested I go in and close my checking account and open new. There were no appointments left. Thankfully Sariah made the suggestion to open a new checking account on the mobile app. She was very patient. Very kind. And extremely helpful when I really needed help the most. Sariah deserves a raise and a promotion. Thank you Sariah!!!

Worst banking experience of my life. Run for the hills. So unprofessional and rude. This is the third time I've had an issue with this branch location. I try to avoid it and every time I think the tellers will be professional I'm proven wrong.
