I walked into the branch 5minutes before 4pm to open a new account and move my funds from my current bank provider. I was greeted and was told to go online to establish an account because there’s 1 appointment waiting. I understand being short staffed is an issue, but as a branch manager I feel as if they should take care of their existing customer as much as their new ones. I’m happy to take my business anywhere but chase.

Manager is a liar. Tried to open an account with them and as a newcomer to the country, I can’t provide a document with a proof of address so she told me to bring a green card. I did not had our green card then so she told us to go back to their bank anytime before 4pm no appointment required. When we had the green card and went back, they can not accomodate us anymore. What a waste of time! Do not try to open an account with them if you are new comer, they will make it impossible for you!

The worst customer service ever.I went in on Saturday for a 2m banking need. I was there at 11 something. there was 2 bankers and both helping and there was 1 client waiting so it was not bussy. The lead teller mentioned if you don't have any appt we can't help you without even asking what I want. She mentioned you could try again later. I asked for manager and assistant manage both were off.I went home and came again later at 1. Same lead teller told me both bankers are at lunch and that they need to leave right after lunch.I mentioned again all I wanted is something that will take 2m. The answer was sorry.As a matter of fact there branch was empty no one was there but they did not want to help. I am sorry customer service is helping the client . Let's say a client has a fraud on their account and don't have any appt. the answer will be sorry you need an appt.

I am so glad I came in with my wife last week to open an account. We made an appointment and drove 2 hours and was totally worth it. Our experience with Ms. Dina T. has been exceptionally great. Ms. Dina professional service and thoroughness helped with the desired services we needed. I felt the need to write this review as recognition for our experience. I totally commend her for her excellent service. I will drive 2 hours again when needed to do our banking at this location. Thank you Dina.

These two people are great! Private banker Dina and the branch manager Fouziah. Both went above and beyond to help me out during a stressful time. I am grateful they were working when I came in for my appointment.

While all we use Chase for is online banking, turns out having a Chase account when having to handle a trust account pays in spades! Could not count how many notary pages we had to sign in 3 months. Laisa has just been wonderful in handling all the paperwork. She knows her job and makes you feel very welcomed. Never knew if you have a Chase account, notary is free! We have at least 20! Times that by $15 in mail stores! So worth having an account with Chase.

I love this branch. The lines are short, well staffed and super friendly. They quickly resolve issues and offer other services too, such as financial planning and hike refinancing.

The old staff is rude (tellers) it's like when I come in they are dreading helping me. They also take their sweet time helping me (my guess is so I go to a different branch) but that just makes me want to come in more and go to the teller who is rude. There are a couple older ladies who are really sweet and one younger lady that might be new who was nice. But for the most part the staff is rude. Speed it up especially when you have a long line.

Kelly was by far the most rude person I've ever encountered in this bank. When i asked her if she could fill out the deposit slip for me because i had never filled one out she told me how it was self explanatory and next time i had to have it filled out. She kept trying to tell me to do it even though I had already asked her if she can help me out with it. No other represantive has told me that before , I was really surprised and honestly made me feel like I was asking for too much , let alone how uncomfortable it made me feel. Her demeanor was not helpful at all and I was just not anticipating her bad attitude. There was no other customer behind me it was just me you would think it wouldn't be such a problem.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had here. I had the woman teller with the black curly hair. Was very rude to me when I asked simple questions and gave me horrible attitude. Learn how to be nice to the loyal customers.

I have learned terrible experience today in thisbranch,the count service people not familiar her job skill made the wrong transaction but lie to me for the bank system auto did that. Everybody know the regular knowledge that each line in the transaction all has been keyed in by people,they charge me twice but they lie to me they were made by system auto. People is people, everybody will make mistakes, but people must be honest, especially for the bank service people. Never been there ever even it is closed to our house. Because nobody like to do everything with un-honest person, especially for the bank.

This is my neighborhood Chase bank. I use them for a personal and business account. Not sure why there are negative reviews, the staff has always been friendly and helpful with anything I needed.
