Joe, Ryan and all employees working for circuit performance are all about taking care of their customers. These guys just want to go above and beyond in a world filled with poor quality control these days! These guys put out products that are top notch with prices that can’t be beat! I will be buying all my wheels for all my vehicles from them going forward into the future. Not only is their product perfect, their professional business etiquette is top notch! Just pure excellence is what you will receive from these guys, their employees and their company! Don’t second guess this company when looking for a new set of shoes for your ride, they honestly can’t be beat! ???

Honestly I was having a great experience with circuit Performance until recently. I went to get set of new cp21 gold wheels because I wanted a bigger size. So I contacted Joe through offer up and I went to pick up my new wheels. When I pick them up they don't let me in the warehouse so I waited outside, they brought out the new wheels I ordered outside to me in a cart. I put them in my car and left. Got some tires installed and noticed they gave me 1 wheel with the wrong offset. I explained to Joe his employee made a mistake and they should exchange the wheel. But he didn't agree. Made me pay got another wheel. I didnt have a choice I had 3 wheels with the correct offset and I needed alignment. So I had to bite the bullet. After I had already bought 10 wheels from him before. I wasn't expecting that.. because of the employees mistake it cost me almost 200$. Thanks circuit Performance

I ordered a 24 piece set of lug nuts. They sent me a 20 piece set within 2 days. Fast shipping but not what I ordered. I have 6 lug wheels. I call them and they are super responsive. Say they will send me 4 more. I wait a few days and get nothing. I call them back and they say they have no record of sending me the additional 4 lug nuts. They create an order for me with tracking. It takes over a week to receive the 4 lug nuts. They are the wrong lug nuts. It’s been 3 weeks and I still can’t install my wheels. I called them and they want proof that I received the wrong lug nuts. I sent them photos. Hopefully I can get this resolved. They seem well-meaning but there is a large disconnect within their operation.*edit - after 3 weeks and 3 different packages they have made it right. Changing rating to 4 stars.

Same complaints as others: terrible customer service. Paid for and have been trying to replace a broken lug nut key for months now.

Terrible customer service when trying to get the correct part for your needs. I ended up breaking the lug nut key tool and ordered a replacement for it to arrive and not even fit into my lug nut slots on my wheels because the replacement tool wasn't a thin walled socket like my original one. Tried contacting them 4 different times since April 30th and have not gotten one response back whatsoever. If anyone has a phone number for them I'd greatly appreciate it. Thought you guys were better than the rest of them...very disappointed!

do yourself a favor and don't order from them. although lug nuts were as described and delivered quickly but they advertise free replacement tools for life good luck trying to get one. I have ordered multiple times and have either not received anything or received empty envelopes. when trying to contact them they do not respond! very frustrated with lack of customer service!
