I know I know Citibank is trash but for some reason this branch is always so helpful. The wait time is kind of long But the customer service for this kind of establishment is great they're always trying to help you with solutions or even suggest things they can do to make their service better. Lisa the teller was very helpful was really trying to look out for me very nice person And one of the head bankers I think her name was Melanie was very hopeful as well.

I have been a Citibank customer for over 30 years. They don't have a lot of branches. But, their online banking is great, from setting up auto pay for bills, transferring money, checking, savings, and other banking. They are very helpful with phony charges and investigating them. I highly recommend their service!

There is no wonder why this branch is "Unclaimed"customer service is the worse and I've nothing but bad experiences with this bank will be closing account ASAP. This bank in general and definitely this bank branch specifically works with collections agencies. DO NOT bank with CITI Bank find a Credit Union.

This review is for their phone and online customer service. Simply put, the absolute worst customer service in the banking industry. Their phone support is farmed out to the Philippines, most reps have zero knowledge of banking and you can tell they are reading from a script, plus their accent is so heavy it's difficult to understand them. Today, I spent nearly an hour on hold to dispute a charge, no one ever answered. I've had it with this horrible company, we'll be moving our accounts to a different bank.

Worst customer service ever. They don't answer the phone and say they're busy but clearly they aren't because I walked in to just simply add my husband to my savings account an hour before they closed and she said no I can't make an appointment today. I wish I remember her name but she is the third desk. The lady at the second desk from the entrance is always sweet. This lady has a rude attitude and didn't want to help.

This review is more for Citibank's online support. I've NEVER had a satisfactory result dealing with IT and Tech Support for the business side of Citi. They farmed out their customer service to somewhere in the Philippines. The audio from their side always sounds like it's coming from the bottom of a well. Drop outs are frequent. Asking for a Super usually had better results since they connected me with someone in the US. But recently, I've noticed that the Supers are now also located in the Philippines. (I could even hear a rooster crowing in the background on my last call with a Super named "Phil." Not bashing the Philippines mind you - I'm filipino myself. But this is CITIBANK. I expect more from you guys! Just pathetic service...

This branch is closed do not waste your time coming over here they don't even leave the ATM on Came to this branch this morning the ATM is turned off there is no power this place is just a waste i'm office space in canyon country There was a paper saying that the ATM would be available 24 hours a day but obviously that is not the case at this branch that seems that they should save money by turning the power off to the ATM

All Citibank's I don't care what location gets zero stars from me. I had to put one they don't allow you to enter 0. My family has been with this bank for Over 50 years and for no reason they will explain at a all they closed My accounts. Without calling me questioning whatever may have been an issue or anything. I'm devastated by this and it has caused me a lot Of distress. All I got a week later was a letter in the mail just Stating they decided To close out my accounts without a reason. And The people on the phone are Very rude too and don't tell You anything. I will never advise this bank to anyone in the world. I Can't tell you what a horrible thing this is and I'll never understand why. No foul play on my part whatsoever. Do not bank with Citibank !!!!!!

Complete fraudsters. Don't open an account with CitiBank - any branch - and if you do have an account close it immediately. I checked with a banker in person that I was interpretating the terms of the account I was opening correctly, she confirmed I was, and a couple months later CitiBank corporate says the terms are actually different and on top of that every aspect of CitiBank is insanely hard to contact. Don't fall for their fraud and false advertising and then get ghosted by your bank. Get your money out of their hands before they go bankrupt or shut down by the SEC.

I will never ever bank with Citibank again. I had deposited my work check into my account last week and I still do not have access to my funds do to my account being new . If I had known about their banking practices up front I would have never opened an account with them in the first place. I did try speaking with a specialist letting them know I absolutely needed to access my money for bills and was rudely cut off abruptly and told that I would have to wait more in order to take out my money. I have never in my life had to wait over a week to access my hard earned money just because of the account being new. NEVER AGAIN!

We had to open an account to get a discount on our home loan. We were helped on multiple occasions to get exactly what we needed. Blazy Aldana was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I recommend using this branch and especially Blazy.

just read some of the negative reviews. 1. one was just stupid---other banks would "never" tell the limit that could be drawn on a check. no way!! 2.. one declared the "race card"---wow this really does run rampant in all area's. this is a "dog whistle" (not really) of this individuals true hatred and racist feelings toward another!!!

This is by far one of the worse banking centers I have been to, starting with management all the way down to the teller named Robin. Came in to cash a check issued to me by my school and of course because you are a non-customer and latina they look at you funny as if you're bringing in a fraudulent check. Mind you I myself have worked in the banking industry and whether you were a customer or non-customer I have always treated everyone with respect and acted professionally something the staff in this office lacks. I was asked what I was doing in this area and what my current address was.....and once I answered that I had to drive 15 min away from home because they only cash checks at certain branches and that was the reason I don't bank with you but unfortunately my school who issues my checks does. Just RUDE and NASTY attitude from Robin but I guess I would feel the same if I was her age working as a teller. PATHETIC.

Very bad service, the bank teller is rude. We walk in asking if we can cash a check since it written from a Citibank wondering if we can cash it and the bank teller was rude and we asked what's the limit and she was like we just can't tell you. But other banks had no problem answering out questions.
