As a baby-boomer I've head my funds in many banks over the course of my life yet this Citibank branch has been the only one that treats me like a neighbor. Even if it's a popular time for customers, there are sufficient staff to handle crowds and the wait time is brief. The staff ALWAYS is friendly and even with those testy lines, takes the time to explain any complicated transactions.

Hi, this bank and its rules is a bit crazy but what keeps me banking there is the teller Ms. Seaham is the most charming, friendly and knowledgeable person there and she's always ready to greet her customers with a smile. Its really nice to see people like her try very hard to help and be kind with her smile. This bank is lucky to have her working there and I hope she advances to a higher position. Great job you do Ms. Seaham.

Worst experience ever ! I’m an existing citi customer went to open a new account at 1:35pm the branch working hours till 2:00pm and Emily C PerazaWas like I can’t ask the our staff to work over time !!What a bad customer experience !!!

I came today 12/27/22 and Jessica helped me out with a fast wire transfer. She had the best customer service and did an amazing job. She definitely knew what she was doing when she was helping me out so thank you Jessica. (If you read this) :)

Nothing against any location you are just not smart if you bank with Citi or any major bank for that matter. Go Credit Union if you want to step up your financial intelligence and it can be any Credit Union you don't have to know anyone like back in the day let's put these thieves out of business. Buy BTC it's the perfect time to buy.

We just moved here from N.Y. and had to do several transactions. When I read the reviews that were posted, we were concerned. However, our experience at this branch was Amazing! They were extremely helpful, friendly, and very competent and professional, especially Jessica and Sana. I highly recommend this Citi Bank branch.

Citibank as a whole is so incompetent. If I could give them no stars I would. The best thing that citibank does is transfer you to a foreign country and give you advice that is not correct. This place is ridiculous. I would not recommend citibank to anyone. They are so full of $h*t. If you have to deal with fraud or anything they just send you on a wild goose chase and give you the run around. This place is making it so easy for me to switch to my other bank full time. Useless

Is no one doing their job anymore? It seems like customer service is not accountable anymore . This is another place that is horrible to deal with from customer service that is not even in America and use the people as cheap labor and they don't really care to help you then going into this branch and having to go three times and still not get things figured out. The manager is a horrendous person really mean to the staff as well as the customers she's lazy and grumpy and the staff doesn't really know how to help anybody. They basically froze all my money and didn't tell me why and they had no explanation and gave me the runaround constantly for days. All I did was transfer money from One bank to another and they dropped the ball I've never had so many problems they're worse than Wells Fargo do not go to this Branch or do banking with this establishment you will be sorry if you do.

Had nothing but nightmares with this business online with customer service and at the bank itself every roadblock possible has happened to me keep getting the runaround they froze my account for no reason don't trust this bank or do business with them you're better off getting messed over by Wells Fargo as they are pretty horrible too.

My wife and I were closing on our first home together and realized we needed to prepare a money wire that had a very fast approaching deadline. We were greeted warmly and realized that our goal was going to be met in very capable hands. There was a technical glitch that delayed the process. But this staff was determined to solve our problem despite our time constraint. Because of this glitch, a coordinated effort by 5 staff members placed their eyes and brains on our problem. At one point, 3 team members were monitoring our account while another member was on the phone with Citibank technical support. Throughout the whole process, everyone maintained a cheerful attitude and patience. Sahim, Victor and Jessica were 3 of the integral members that helped us get this done. I apologize for not remembering 1 other person and the bank manager's name who were also so nice to help and allow us to take their extra time and extra attention. I really wish there was a way I could reward this staff for making this process as comfortable as it was. They are heroes to me and my wife and aided in making the purchase of our first home go more smoothly.

According to my experience, this is an extremely bad bank. And there is no bank worse than this bank. I left there crying!
