Your typical WalMart setup, maybe cleaner than others. But it smells strongly of sewage the second you walk in the door, which unfortunately is the same spot the fresh produce is located.

Terrible Customer Service and Safety Concern
I had the worst experience at this store. My 9-year-old nephew got lost, and when I asked the cashier, manager, and other employees to announce it over the speaker, they took 40 minutes to respond to such a simple and urgent request. This level of indifference is unacceptable, especially when a child's safety is at risk. It's clear that they don't care about their customers.

Did my grocery shopping and I'm told I can only use one benefits card. I've shopped at other Walmart stores for 2 years and I can't do the same here.
I also bought a rotisserie chicken that was practically still clucking. I called several times and never got through. Guess where I don't plan to shop at again?

I've had multiple experiences at the Customer Service Center that left me feeling disappointed. It seems that some of the staff members may benefit from additional training, as there were instances where they appeared unprepared to assist me. Additionally, there were moments where the interactions felt less than welcoming, particularly serving minority customers. It would be great if the team could receive training on both customer service skills and cultural sensitivity to ensure all customers feel valued and respected.
