I will never go back there, Nor, give referrals Dr Vanessa abruptly stopped my dogs medication due to some misinformation she received without her doing diligence and finding out if it was a correct. By doing this she didn’t care if my dog would have seizures or withdrawals, which caused me to go to another vet to get the prescription filled. Shame on them for judging others without proper information

Office visit price as well as prices for all other services are extremely fair and affordable! I have been taking all three of my dogs to Copperhill Animal Clinic for a year, I have no complaints. The staff and the doctors are all very caring and hands on.

My wife and I moved from Escondido, CA, to SCV Sep. 2017. We searched high and low for a Dr/Dr.s and a business that would treat our fur babies (Rhodesian Ridgeback and Terrier) like family. Dr. Vanessa, Dr. Clark and their staff are a part of our family, and they have continuously exhibited great care for our dogs. To say I am thankful or grateful for their care is an understatement, and they deserve all the kudos and positive juju going their way. Just wanted to make sure others do not pass up on a great opportunity to experience what I have over the past 6 years... the highest quality of care an owner can ask for. Thank you - N & D

best vet in scv hands down and i have been to many in town. I feel very comfortable bringing my baby here knowing they have nothing but the upmost care for her. my very first visit i knew this was going to be her vet from now on, they are also reasonably priced. I'd like to give a big thanks to Dr. Clark he was so patient with me with all my questions offering me what was the right choice to have done for my dog without me feeling obligated, my dog had surgery with him had an accident over the weekend which led us to the emergency vet, i felt uneasy there and just really wanted Dr. Clark to fix her accident they got me in that following Monday thanks to his lovely wife who is also a vet there and that Thursday Dr. Clark fixed my girls eye. Everyone in here is super friendly the receptionist, vet techs, and most importantly the doctors. they took every question and phone call i had without me feeling i was being a bother (i can be an anxious dog mom). i would look no further, this is THE vet

Outstanding, love Dr. Vanessa and her staff! . She is so though in taking time to explain everything and personally calls you the day after set you pet to see how thing are going. Excellent and caring Doctor!

After living in Valencia for 12 years and not being able to find a vet that we really liked for our "pack," we have finally found a vet home for our fur babies. Being from Massachusetts, I had been used to family vet practices, compassionate, small and caring. I had not been able to find this until we met Dr. Clarke and Dr. Watts. They have been nothing but wonderful to our five dogs and the staff is equally as kind. Highly recommend.. it's the real deal. All of our dogs have "issues," from seizures to no teeth, to being deaf and anal gland malformation. They have been able to handle everything.

Compassionate, capable, and solid scope of knowledge to care for your pet. They went above and beyond to support us as we had to say goodbye to our sweet family pet of 17 years. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough nice things about Dr.Watts and the staff here. They are so kind and really take time to care for your pet. I brought my new puppy in for a physical and Dr Watts and the vet tech spent time with him and were so gentle and friendly. Dr Watts even called the next day to check how he was doing. I will recommend this place to all pet owners.

We had the unfortunate experience of having to euthanize our dog. The doctor and staff were incredibly compassionate and caring and went out of their way to ease some of our grief. A week later, they sent a very caring sympathy card. I can't say enough good things about the doctor and staff. This is an A+ place!

Truly love the staff here! I came from another vet that was rude, only cares about money, and told me my dog was just spoiled. Copperhill has been heaven sent after a bad experience. I couldn't be more thankful for them and how comfortable they make me feel during every visit. I would not go anywhere else after having such a caring team at Copperhill

This is our new vet for our Goldendoodle puppy. The staff is super friendly. You can tell they care about their patients. I have received calls days after our appointments just to make sure everything is well and in case I have any additional questions. Super clean and fast service. Glad our Blue found a great Vet!
