I've been going here for years and am not just worried about the one-star reviews I see here now but ... the owner or manager doesn't even seem to bother to acknowledge/reply to the bad reviews and to let us know they care just a teeny bit. THAT is what I want to see. Maybe they don't even look at the reviews!
