So so sad for the sperience I had there, I have been getting service for cvs for 20,year and in 12/19/2023.i recive a very bad threat coming from the manager. His name is Scott, he's racists. That's for the store located in Sand Canyon and whites, By Albersons .

This CVS has a bad rap. The pharmacy staff is very nice. I just feel it has a real hard time getting certain prescriptions. I've been waiting for two month for a medication and I just wish they'd tell me they couldn't get what I needed and it wasn't going to ever come in. But that's not the staffs fault. These digital prescriptions have made it really hard to get the scrip back and go someplace else.

I literally got a text message saying that my prescription is ready. I wait in the drive thru for over 15 minutes only to find out that out in en route and currently out of stock. Wasted my time.

The older guy who works graveyard is the RUDEST person I have ever encountered at a store. He was yelling something from across the store. I couldn't hear him. Because of how far away he was but also because he had a mouth full of food. He got super nasty and angry because I said I had to come closer because I couldn't hear him. I feel bad leaving this because everyone else has been really helpful but I frequent this place late usually while he's working. Even though he's alway been grumpy this was the first time he was this horrible. How does he have a job?!

I came into this location as what I wanted was in stock on their app. I walked over to where it would be and couldn't find it, so I proceeded to walk down every aisle in the section and still couldn't find it. And granted I did this twice as I thought maybe I missed it the first time, no.. it was nowhere in the store where I could find it to the visible eye. I then finally found an employee on the floor stocking some items so I walked to her for help and she told me she came from another store and couldn't help me and to walk up front to ask for help. So I got in line and a young man looked it up via the store phone and found that it was located on an end cap that was being blocked by some chairs. So if people were in those chairs I would have never thought to look behind them to see if there were products sold there. Im just glad I was able to get the item, even looking lost in the store for ten minutes to find out one employee couldn't help me and the one that did was super friendly about it. Also get a cvs card and download the app to add your coupons and reward bucks to it, I got $3 off which isn't much but it saved me some cash so I'll take it.

I have been going to this location for 12 years and I am upset enough to leave this review as I sit in front of the store! I made my purchase that came out to $35.03. All I had was a $100 bill accidentally leaving my cards at home when I cleaned my purse. As I handed it to Ron he made a comment "All you people come in here at night and take all my money that I can't give others change." I told him this is all I have. His response ," That's what they all say." He pulls the money out of the drawer and makes a pile consisting of one $20 and two $10 bills; lays out a pile of four $5 bills and one with four $1 bills. Never picks them up to hand them to me, so I had to pick them up off the counter myself as he said "There goes all the change for other people." I don't appreciate someone trying to guilt me into changing my form of payment. Maybe it's time he retires.

This CVS is always clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Not sure why the low ratings but I have been coming here forever and have never had a bad experience.

The service here was trash today !! I went in at 6:42 am to see if I can get a transaction done. The old man in the front was rude from the get ! Asking "do you need some help" with attitude.. then i told him I need a transaction done he stated he wasn't able to do it until after 7 am so I said okay cool I'll wait. I waited around went back in at 7:01.. he looked at me and said "I still can't do it. I ain't the one." Really ? He really could've have told me he wasn't going to do it from the get one and two if he didn't want to do it he could have said that never ever coming to this location other than the drive through pharmacy.

Thank you Joana for letting me have the best experience not only at the pharmacy but including any retail store. So happy to see you working so hard. There was customer after customer and she always kept that smile and continued to take care all businesses. She must be promoted for best employee. She is a kind of employee that all employers need.

Agree with other reviewers, wish I could give a zero star rating.CVS fails to be a Minute Clinic. Service is extremely slow despite having an appointment. The room where they administer injections is EXTREMELY dirty and would not recommend receiving any injections here. It was clear the Pharmacist administering the injection had very little experience, as the syringe wobbled terribly in her hand and also in my arm (!!). It was a terrible experience. I encourage all to go somewhere else for their vaccines.

I like this pharmacy. They order special prescriptions for me regularly with no fail. I know they can be busy, but they are the ONLY 24hr pharmacy in the valley, so when you need them at 2 AM you will appreciate that they are there. Unfortunately, with any business post COVID they are short staffed but they do what they can to help the customer in a timely fashion.

Terrible service. Understaffed, unqualified, irresponsible personnel, liars. No one gives a …. Every manager sais « this is no my store ». Beautiful, no one cares. The medication is not ready. Even it was promised to be ready in one hour. 24 hours?! It’s a joke. No one takes any responsibility. What these people go to work for?! I would put zero stars, but there is not an option.

Nice warm staff. But way understaffed and lower quality meds. Not just generic But very low quality generics in my opinion. However I cut some slack for the pandemic. But not much.
