Yesterday I went to pick up my prescriptions at the pharmacy and had a really good experience Luis the pharmacy technician helped me and went above and beyond to help me with every question and product that I needed.
Then the two young men in the front of the cashier they were excellent, very prompt and giving me something from the lock Cases then at the register they were very patient helping me a lot with the coupons I had and the discounts.
I left and was very happy and satisfied. I really like this pharmacy in the store they always fill my prescriptions on time. If you know how to buy with discounts this is the store for you.

When into CVS and attempted to purchase a flower bundle with a balloon for mothers day at a nice price of 14.99. But when I got to the cashier she was scanning bother the flowers and the balloon. I was baited into thinking it was a one bundle price little did I know without warning total was 29.99 . I had to refuse the items and had to take my business elsewhere. It's not nice to trick people and change the prices like that.

I am so beyond annoyed with the CVS. I really wish my insurance would let me switch to a different pharmacy.!!!!!! There’s some rude girl working that always talks over you when you’re trying to explain things to her or ask her a question and that’s not right! I am a type one diabetic, whose machines all work together if I don’t have one part, it can’t translate to the next part so I don’t get my insulin. I put in the request on April 26. It was confirmed on April 27 and it told me that it would be available on the 28th. I checked on the first it then said it would be ready that day so I was like OK cool no worries checked later and then changed to the third. They then let me know on the app that due to This item not being in stock. I need to request it two weeks ahead of time I cannot request medication through my insurance two weeks ahead of time, but instead of telling me that there was an issue or calling me and telling me that they don’t have it if I would like to have it sent somewhere else instead They just don’t fill it. Don’t tell me so when I called they said I have no prescriptions ready or waiting so I had to refill it and I called to see what the problem was with the first one and the girl just sat there and talked over me and told me that I was in the wrong or she couldn’t hear me or she couldn’t find my name which I’ve been using the CVS for the past four years now. The pharmacy should always contact if there is an issue so I have no idea why they just decided not to let me know at all, not in the app not through my email and not through my text ! I am definitely switching. CVS is because this one sucks either they’re rude or they’re really slow or they just don’t care about their clients and I’ve seen it happen all the time the past three years, but I’ve never dealt with someone as rude as a girl that I talk to today.

This is a regular occurance. Line 7 families deep and only one person in the register. At 630 on a Wednesday, not exactly a strange time to be shopping. Get your act together cvs and hire more people. The prices you charge I know you can afford it.

Worst experience waited in line for 30 minutes in the drive-through because some one couldn’t figure out what they were doing at the checkstand register ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous.! Will definitely go somewhere else next time.

Always try to avoid this CVS. Unlike Walgreens no one will answer the phone here so if you have anything that can't be handled by an automated service you're out of luck.

Don’t use restrooms!!
The cashier lady didn’t want to get up and unlock the door for guest every single time so she had the doors unlocked.
I had to use the restroom without the door locking behind me in a unisex restroom.
The restroom sanitation was horrible. When I mentioned to the lady that the first restroom was a mess. She made a grunting noise and didn’t bother to get up from her chair or send someone to check on it.
Health hazard…..

Tanaz, Elise, and Callie are a wonderfully helpful team at this cvs pharmacy. They really take their time with each customer, being extremely patient with whatever the request or concern...and always maintain professionalism and kindness even when getting the unfair end of a disgruntled customer concern. I wanted to take the time to personally and genuinely thank them all, and the pharmacy team, for always having a pleasant and helpful attitude. Always accommodating and always professional, while maintaining empathy to customer anxieties/concerns/needs. I sincerely thank you Tanaz, Elise, and Callie...and I apologize if I've misspelled any of your names. My appreciation is genuine nonetheless :-)

Yes. It's a CVS. It's a mess - like all CVS stores. The staff makes up for it, especially Luis in the pharmacy. He must see thousands of people every week but he always remembers to ask me if I need to pick up prescriptions for my husband. The pharmacists are compassionate and willing to discuss options if your drug isn't in stock or if there are negative combinations of medications. It's a huge plus they are open 24/7.
