Love the staff at this location. They always go out of their way to help customers in getting their medications as quickly as possible and answer all your questions. I've been to other CVS pharmacies but they do not compare, and it has everything to do with the staff. Their friendliness and professionalism never goes unnoticed as they always remember us. Will never change locations as long as the same staff remains.

We've been coming here for years and love the staff and pharmacists. They are helpful and responsive. We especially love Violet and Angela, who recognize us and always say hello.

Called Walmart, Costco, and CVS to check on the cost of insulin. A small 10ml vial the size of nail polish. Was quoted $340 at the first two and initially $314 at CVS. That said, CVS went the extra mile, located a discount, and I got that vile for $99. Don't have insurance for my diabetic Kitty so must pay out-of-pocket. They've done this in the past for me. I use the CVS in Target on Golden Valley. Good people there.

Violet the "assistant" at the pharmacy is not very competent, helpful, or kind. I went in there to pick up my medication and she was charging me $25 for my medication, I asked her to double check because my copay is always $5. She said she didn't do that, and that I had to contact my insurance. I left and called my insurance. Turned out Violet never ran the medication through my insurance. I called back and Violet answered, I told her what my insurance said. So guess what, she ran the medication while I was on the phone with her, and it was $5... no big deal it happens. no apology from Violet, NOTHING. Ok, I go back to get the medication and this millennial (Violet) tells me I have to wait because the pharmacist is at lunch!!! Yeah! you think she acknowledges the inconvenience? NOT AT ALL! So after YEARS of going there, I am NEVER GOING BACK. There are other pharmacies around and way nicer customer service. So this Violet person I hope she gets a clue. Being kind is free, specially when you work with people who are not feeling well. Maybe this field is not for you. Do your self a favor and the customers, find another job.
