DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE IF YOU SEEK A PROFESSIONAL DOCTOR WITH TOTAL REGARD FOR YOUR PET AND YOU!This Doctor Mansour chose to literally be mean to my family and my dog today. I am not exaggerating. His ego and arrogance got the best of him. My husband and I were shocked by his unprofessionalism. Dr. Mansour has absolute NO REGARD for dogs. He is very tired of his job and he’s miserable, clearly. Oh my, WHAT AN EGO. Wow! To be perfectly honest, he chose to be a complete a$$hole to my husband and I on the phone today and he used his staff to do his dirty work. Here is what happened:I took my dog Susie to see Dr. Mansour one month ago. She was treated for an ear infection. I mentioned to him that he gave my previous dog a Health Certificate for International travel back in 2007. I requested that he certify my current dog to fly. He said “Sure, no problem. Where are you going?” I said Costa Rica just as before in 2007. He said, “Costa Rica is not a problem. We just need to do it within 10 days before your flight. I then made the appointment for December 11th. When I called the morning of the appointment to confirm, I asked how much it will be. They said, $817.00!!!! REALLY!? Guess how much I paid him in 2007? Only $70! I asked the receptionist why it was so much. She didn’t have an answer for me. My husband then called to ask the receptionist to ask the doctor what this amount pertains to and my husband also expressed that other places were $275 on average. She said she would speak with the doctor and call us back. GUESS WHAT SHE SAID? “The doctor said we don’t do Costa Rica anymore.” I then told her then on the phone that Dr. Mansour told me directly that Costa Rica would not be a problem and that this is not my first health certificate for this country that Dr. Mansour has handled. She said, “Sorry” and with no tone of regard for us with her tone. We fully immediately realized that he was annoyed with my we questioned his fee and decided he didn’t want to certify us because it hurt his ego. If you met him, you would KNOW and SEE that he behaves and speaks in such a manner. His act was mean. But you know, it’s okay because everything happens for a reason. I called around and found an amazing doctor that has absolutely no problem in doing so and he’s only $280 which is far cheaper that Dr. Mansour’s $817. Also, I don’t need to go alllll the way to LAX and wait for hours for a stamp by USDA like I did with Dr. Mansour. This new doctor handles it all for me. So you see everything happens for a good reason and I feel so much better. To save you the research, should you decide to travel international with your pet, go to: Warner Center Pet Clinic in Woodland Hills. I will post an update after my visit tomorrow with them.UPDATE: One month later and reflecting back on this. I ended up taking my pet to Warner Pet Clinic in Woodland Hills for an International Travel Certification and I shared in detail my experience with Evergreen. They stated, “This doctor chose not to certify your pet and that was unfortunate and unprofessional. Based on my experience, they only charged me $185 as opposed to the BS $817 that he quoted me. Warer Pet Clinic were amazing. The service was flawless and my health certificate for my dog arrived in my email in 3 days (2 days from departure). I will be returning back to them. They saved our Christmas, truly.

Do NOT trust this vet. I brought my dog here 6 years ago to be spayed. I clearly remember the vet pushing for laser surgery, which I could not afford at the time because I was a student. after I told him I couldn’t pay for laser surgery, he immediately became nasty and rude. She recovered from the spay well, however, I recently found out the vet placed internal METAL sutures to close her incision site. I found this out because she had an X-ray recently at her new vet and the vet was shocked to see them. Her current vet told me metal sutures are not typically used and have not been used as the preferred suture for over 15 years. Metal sutures placed because this greedy vet wanted to do the cheapest job he could possibly do. The metal sutures stay forever and have a risk for infection. I am absolutely livid about this finding and it comes to show how stingy, greedy, and uncaring this vet is. Avoid this monster for the sake of your pet, go to another clinic that actually cares about animals and using STANDARD practice to care for them. Not someone who wants to save a few bucks and up charge you for his lazy job. After reading many other reviews from pet owners on mistreatment of their pets, this monster that calls himself a vet needs to have his license revoked. Reviews from months to years ago come to show his consistency in mistreating animals. Disgusting behavior from someone who is supposed to care for animals.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Just today my chihuahua passed of a seizure and the staff was not sympathetic at all to my daughter when she called them for help on how to help our dog. They spoke to her as if she should have already known what to do when not everyone deals with these issues on the daily. They also failed to let my daughter know ahead of time that they didn't have what they needed to help our dog, redirecting my daughter to another clinic while our dog was actively seizing. I will not be returning to this place.

Went there to inquire about boarding for a few days. I asked if they gave meds and they said yes but then asked what’s wrong. I told them he has an occasional seizure but it’s controlled. They then said NO. I specifically went there because of the vet office associated with them. I guess they only want to care for healthy dogs. Very disappointed.

Very friendly place! My daughter was off on her honeymoon and her home pet sitter didn’t work out, so I had to find a place for her fur baby before I flew back home. Evergreen was extremely helpful and accommodating. Fur baby loved it & videos of her stay were provided to give my daughter feedback. Will definitely return!

This is the best vet experience I’ve ever had with both of my dogs. They actually care about the animals! Thank you to the entire staff.

Never again will I take my dog there for grooming or anything else! Rude and unprofessional people work there. Plus, the grooming was sloppy.

Just no. Didn’t give the shot they were supposed to, didn’t send the pictures they charged for (to my daughter, the dog’s owner, in the hospital, and gave a bad grooming, too. Just no.

I've never used the hotel portion of Evergreen, but the vet side was amazing. The ladies at the front were sweet, calm and understanding when I came in with my kitty who had an emergency. I was desperate. Her regular vet wouldn't see her (they were too busy) and the other vet we stopped at wanted to charge a HUGE emergency fee. I was hysterical. I thought I'd try Evergreen to see what they'd say. I called ahead and they said to come by, and they would see her and not charge an emergency fee, I might just have a little longer wait. My wait wasn't bad AT ALL and they were able to fix my baby up so calmly, quickly and kindly. The doctor and nurses were so sweet and attentive to my kitty (and myself). Even all her follow up appointments were great. (She's feeling better now!) After all of that, I decided to make them her regular vet, and we've been so happy with our regular check ups, too. Thank you Evergreen!

Dr. Mansour is a very experienced and caring vet. I brought my 11 year old Chihuahua to him after not being able to get an appt. with my regular vet. He is very thorough and my Max is doing better than ever All the staff at Evergreen are very friendly and responsive! This facility also offers boarding and grooming! I have found my forever vet for all 3 of my fur babies.
