The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location was easy to find and clean. Lupe made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I came in to get my gel-x nails and the process was fast. Lupe answered all of my questions about proper care for gel-x nails. I’m usually a quiet customer but Lupe and the team made me feel so comfortable that we were chatting the entire time I was there. The ambience at Ohana Beauty Spa was relaxing and an overall enjoyable experience. I plan to return in the future and recommend their services.

I did try calling the salon and talking to someone but I think they may have been busy or on lunch. I feel so badly leaving a review because I really wanted to like this place since it’s so close to my home (my normal nail salon was booked) Place was cute inside and everyone was very nice but I my nails look horrible lol. I was going to say something while I was there but I didn’t want to embarrass or make my nail tech feel bad as I think she was new. She seemed to take her time doing my nails and was very sweet but they don’t look great lol. Once I got to my car I noticed there was gel paint all over my cuticles and my old green gel color all my skin. She didn’t get rid of any dead skin around my nails and when she was filing away the old gel I had she just left all the filing powder on my nails which I thought was strange lol I should have said something when I noticed both but I thought maybe she will clean it at the end but nope! I got a gel removal and a manicure the whole process took almost two hours 😬 everything ended up being $47 dollars a bit pricey

I've always gone to Devyn for nails and pedicures and she always does a wonderful job. She pays attention to details and is a perfectionist. Any style design I’ve asked for she’s been able to execute beautifully. I also love when sometimes I need help with a design and she crafts a design in her freedom and has an artistic style. A beautiful spa environment and great massaging chairs that leaves you relaxed upon services. I love all the services offered at Ohana and there’s many!

Worst experience ever. Devyn doesn’t not care.
She didn’t want to paint the tips of my nails I had to ask. She couldn’t understand my simple explanation of what I wanted in the beginning. (French tip but red not white).
She was so distracted watching TV the whole time, like I why do I wanna sit there watching you not do my nails and watch you watching TV?! Not what I paid for.
I have glue ALL over under my nails and everything gets stuck on the glue. I have black holes in my nails from her putting on uneven topcoats. The side of my nail is hanging off my right thumb.
I have to go home and try to drill off a chunk of glue off that nail as well.
When I asked her to paint the tips my of nails I also said “So do people have to request for that” for no response “well it does look better” how can you be a nail technician and not paint the tips of my nails and have me leave with chunks on glue under my nail.
Ive never experienced such a horrible nail job.
I know nails and I know what good nails look like.
I paid 80 and it was worth 20.
She only talked to me during the end of my appointment because she probably wanted a tip.
“Well tell me your tea when you get back from vacation” as if you are interested in my life ? I watched this girl watch tv for half my appointment.

This place is reasonably priced and does a great job. I don't have great thumb nails so those tend to go bad within a couple days, no fault of the spa. We've been back more than once. Services provided have all been nails. None of the girls that work there do a bad job. I've had about five different ones work on my on the different times we've gone and all are great at what they do! We've have gel x, dip with tip, gel manicures, regular manicures, pedicures, nail polish change, removals, and designs. They always come with their A game and execute your vision wonderfully. Staff is super friendly and will speak to you about anything, keeping you engaged the whole time. I love that you make an appointment and get seen right away. I haven't tried other services but would highly recommend any nail service. You won't be disappointed. Thank you ladies for all you do!

I love my nails!!! Sarah is sweet and conscientious and so fun to talk with.
Requested style: Cat eye magnetic gel.
Stylist: Sarah was awesome. I have never been happier with my nails.

Best customer service ever!!! I'm usually treated horrible because I'm disabled. From the moment I called and spoke with Jacob I felt comfortable and wasn't as afraid to walk into the salon like I usually am because of how badly I've been treated at other nail salons in Santa Clarita.

My daughter and I got a gel mani-pedi. Our nails look great! The staff is friendly - the price is fair - and it was a low key, nice place!

Just wanted to say I was able to experience one of my best friends getting a wax job. It was hilarious to watch and she was very cool and allowed us to participate in terms of observing. Even though I wasn't the one getting the waxing it looked like she was very professional and a quality worker. It was fun to hang out and she definitely made the time. Lots of fun. Five stars to someone I've never even been to, however would choose her in the future. Oh! Yeah it was Melissa

Everyone is very friendly and speaks clear English which makes conversation easy. I have been to a lot of different places and Ohana Beauty Spa is the only place I have felt completely comfortable and welcomed!! I will never go anywhere else. THANK YOU!!
