Lines are sometimes long. Staff is mostly courteous. Copy machines are sometimes out of service, causing a cue. Otherwise, convenient. Just wish it stayed open later.

Great customer service I was greeted at the door. They asked me if I needed any help and I asked them where is their copier and fax machines. They knew their jobs and it was nice to see people caring for their customers. I have been coming here for years.
