Went in to have a shipping label printed and to return a package, and they were EXTREMELY helpful. Easiest return I've ever done. 30 seconds, in and out.Store was clean and orderly and the staff was helpful and kind. Perfect experience.

Went in for a happy bar return close to the opening time. The lady working appeared to be the manager, she had a strong presence and was much too busy and appeared bothered, she was short with me and ultimate unable to process my return.

MASK policy NOT ENFORCED. See pictures of customers in lobby . Anna the manager does nothing to encourage customers with no masks to put on protective face covering. FedEx even offers masks at the location ! Small lobby area, people often coming in with no masks. Anna has done nothing about no masks in the lobby on at least three occasions . Anna the manager has rude manners and is generally unapproachable. She goes against the grain. Literally I'm walking on eggshells around Anna. It's not worth dealing with anymore. I'll simply go to the other location on magic mountain parkway since it's more open and at least customers are spread apart. A company as reputable and globally reaching such as FedEx should know better than hiring Typhoid Mary "Anna" the "manager". Don't be so selfish, wear a mask, some people have health conditions to protect . This is somewhat disappointing because I truly do like coming in to this location since Eddie there is so amazing. I have called 1-800-GO-FEDEX to complain about Anna in addition to FedEx.com/welisten There is no excuse. Especially with COVID cases spiking around this time. Anna, grow up . You're supposed to act like the "manager ".

I see I am not the first person to to dissatisfied with FedEx. To that end I will say that Fed Ex doesn't care about their customers and the company has zero customer service skills. I will never recommend them as a shipper because they will not make sure your package gets where it needs to go. They will lie to you and claim to help you, then they won't. They will run you around AND when the pressure is on they will not do the right thing to make sure their customer is taken care of.

Three stars for the fact they deliver stuff on time but please guys. Please stop throwing stuff over walls especially if you have no visibility of what's on the other side. Like amazon will refund or replace my item if it gets stolen just leave it at the front I'm tired of fed ex employees destroying my plants or carelessly throwing heavy stuff over my patio.

This is the worst fedex store. They never open the store on time. I had to wait half an hour until they open. The sign says open 8:30 to 6:00 pm but they opened at 9:00.

I have never written a review before on Yelp but the patronizing service at this place is one thing, however, the fact that they're not open on the weekends and close at 6pm at the weekdays? Unbelievable. Essentially this is a Fedex for boring housewives who have Etsy/Ebay accounts. FedEx Office for the most mundane/boring/nonprofessionals in the area. Why did they spend money on a FedEx franchise? They should've opened a mom and pop copy store and sold key chains and homemade doilies.

This place is never open on time. The past 3 times I have gone they have opened late. Today I had to leave without shipping my package because they were not open. They say they open at 8:30 am be safe and go at 8:45. Unprofessional.
