I got a message on my dashboard that the battery for my key fob needed to be replaced. I looked in my owner's manual to see if it said what type of battery to use, thinking I would go to Rite Aid and buy one, but it didn't tell me. This is not the closest Toyota dealer to me, but I'm staying in the area so I stopped in to see if they could help me. Two fine gentlemen in the parts department both offered me assistance and it turns out that, yes I could have bought a battery at Rite Aid, but they had it right there for less than 5 bucks and one of the fellows already had my fob open, so I was thrilled to have him replace it for meOne other thing that really stands out. He asked me if I had another fob at home and when I said yes he advised me to replace that battery, too, as it may also be near the end of its life. I really appreciated this advice and all of the help I got here at Frontier ToyotaTotally recommended and I would return

Used to be: Reasonably priced, great work, honest work done in 2017. Now: Pricing is on the extreme high. $$$$$ $$$$. However, honest in their analysis of work that needed to be done, and great service. The analysis price did not sound like it was deducted from the quote, as I was initially informed it would be. Anyway, I was not ready to get that particular type of work done there. However, now that I know their prices are sky high, I will seek other shops for most auto mechanical work. Good luck in getting your Toyota repaired.

I have my Toyota highlander serviced today November 27, 2023 and I must warn you BEWARE of RIP off. After dropping vehicle off, I received text message from Frontier Toyota service app. to approve prices for services recommended. The prices are ridiculously outrageous. I approached the service guy named Dean to question these outrageous quotes. He is kind of rude, rudely asked me to ignore those app quotes. He tried to explain it away but I don't buy it. Giving me excuses that there is app glitches. I was quoted for $5600 in the app and less than 5 minutes he would do it for $1500. I took my vehicle and walked away. Customers BEWARE of the app. Don't get too excited about the app. and approve hurriedly.

Lucky was my lucky salesperson of the day. I arrived at 9:30 am and drove off with a new car by 12:30 pm. I hate the idea of being at a dealership all day. As soon as I arrived asking for trade in value, he didn't waste any time. He provided reasonable flexibility in negotiation, helped me charge my phone while waiting, and assisted me with moving things from my trunk to my new vehicle. The loan officer was also completely professional and kind. He followed up with me after several days to check if my credit union was able to beat my rate, and unfortunately they could not, but it goes to show what a great deal Harry was able to get me in this economy. I appreciated the team efforts in getting me out the door in record timing of 3 hours at the dealership!

Had the best new car buying experience @ Frontier Toyota & I really can't say enough about T Nguyen who helped me find the car of my dreams. Got a Rav 4 prime and T was incredibly helpful beginning to end in making the process seamless and comfortable. He really knows his stuff and would highly recommend people choose Frontier when looking for a Toyota- make sure to ask for T. He is truly the best and will make magic happen!

It's insane how this trash dealership has so many positive reviews, but then again, people in Awesometown throw their money at nonsense anyway and don't know any better.I never bring my car to an oil change here since it's just a corolla and my everyday work car. But with my Mercedes and Acura, those always go to the dealer. So this time I figured I give the Toyota dealer a shot. They were already shady and stingy when I bought the car and wanted to charge me for door panel protectors without telling me so we haven't had the best history. When I first pulled into the service area, I didn't even get out of my car when one of the associates came over with her clipboard and started asking who my service agent was. I said I called the general service line and scheduled so they didn't tell me who my agent was. She sighed and said "fine what's your name". Attitude much?I was helped by Lauren and just wanted an oil change. When she checked me in she said the price was $132 and included tire rotation. Since everything is going up in cost, I was surprised but also not since it had been a while since my last oil change on any of my cars. But I did ask if the tire rotation was extra, to which she said "no it's all included". Fine let's go with it.While waiting, which mind you, took over 2 hours for just an oil change (ludicrous) she came over and told me about some cracking on my tires I didn't notice along with quotes for two different sets of tires, Eagle at $688 and Yokohama at $715, WITHOUT installation. Installation would be another $100+. Even with inflation, I knew those prices were absurd so I called my local shop and got a set for $440. When I said this, she said fine but then sent another guy to ask me about the prices. When I said it, he said he could take off installation for the cheaper tires. Okay? So the tires would still be $688 - almost $250 more. When I said "no I'll stick to my own shop" he was almost shocked and couldn't believe I wasn't going to drop extra cash on tires at a dealership. Sorry buddy, no commission for you today. Also, about 1 hour into waiting, I get a text message saying I can track my car's progress. Okay that's neat, never seen that before. Well they didn't even send the right car to me and I was sent photos and info from a completely different car. Lack of privacy much?So here's where I find out the sneakiness of the dealership - when I go to pay for everything, my new total is $102 because they didn't do the rotation, which, from the start, I was under the impression was included in the original price and not an "extra" charge. I also noticed on my Vehicle inspection report the areas for "tire rotation" and "tire damage" are marked with the green square - uh, if I need new tires and they didn't rotate them, how is the inspection in the "green"?Last time I ever take my current car here or purchase a new car

Today is my first time experience at this dealership. I brought in my Rav4 for service, my appointment wasn't 8, but I arrived early. I was promptly greeted upon arrival (nice work team, meet and greet is a huge 1st impression). I was then directed to Alex Saanz (Asst service manager), who was polite, friendly, and professional. He bared with me as I shared my horrible experience at the Ford dealership in Huntington Beach (lol). Alex took down my information and reassured me, it would never happen here at Frontier Toyota. I waited about 2 hours for my vehicle, I'm not complaining because I made time to get service done. They have complimentary coffee and very comfortable seating throughout. Free Wi-Fi allowed me to get some work done while in the lobby. I took a stroll around the dealership, very clean, well decorated, very comfortable. I didn't get her name, but your receptionist was very friendly and answered my questions about this dealership and shared her story about buying her Rav 4 as I shared my experience. Overall, I'm very pleased about what I received today. I was promptly notified when my vehicle was ready and was back on the road in no time.Thank you, Alex (and Frontier Toyota), for your prompt service, answering all my questions, and your hospitality. Until my next schedule service, take care.

One of the hardest things in life is finding a mechanic or service advisor you can trust. Jack from frontier toyota is the ONLY person i trust with my car. He is a blessing and goes above and beyond to take care of you. It has even gotten to the point i refuse to buy any car that's not a Toyota because i can't imagine not having Jack as my service advisor.

I usually don't review unless it's positive, but we were charged ~$3,400 for "accessories" on a new car. I felt sick when we caught it two days after signing the contract. No documentation. We only realized the price of SOMETHING was added after the paperwork was signed (I know, shame on us for not reading too closely, being too trusting, bringing kids to sign paperwork). We bought on 4 Jan, alerted dealership on 6 Jan. Radio silence. We went through Costco to purchase the car after an auto accident. Our guard was down and we were trusting (we bought a car with them in 2020, which was a great experience). This is only the second car I have ever purchased from any dealership. Still waiting for an explanation from dealership. We called Costco and asked them to have someone call us (dealership wasn't returning our calls). Costco says they see the 3,400 was Cilajet and something else, which I think were the clear sticker guards used to protect the door (which are a few hundred dollars). To any unexperienced car buyers: Make sure the car price you agree to matches line 1.A.1 (no extended warranty, or any added features etc). If it's higher than your agreed upon price, ask why and request documentation. If you don't understand or are tired after a long day of work+kids, ask for a copy of the contract to take home and review. We should have.Lesson learned: autocheatsheet.com/car-d…

Carlos Lopez is the BEST Service Advisor! He's friendly, knowledgeable, and cares about your car as much as you do. He goes above and beyond the call of the job. I live in Anaheim, and though I have a Toyota Service Center nearby, I drive all the way to Valencia for the highest quality service provided by Carlos. Schedule your maintenance appointments with Carlos and you'll receive excellent customer service and communication throughout the process. I wouldn't make the 60+ mile drive if it weren't for Carlos. Again, he's the BEST!!
