“We believe the lady who helped us made all the difference at Storage King on Old Road! I wouldn't change a thing! Best experience ever! We needed a Uhaul last minute and one was available within 2 min. We showed up, and she stopped what she was doing to help us immediately. She thoroughly explained all the details so we weren't blindsided by a huge bill. She checked us out when we were done, and we ended up paying less than anticipating. What a great experience! Thanks!”
“Extremely helpful and resourceful. There was an issue with the U-Haul app, which I experienced and the store personnel did too, but they made it work right away. A+ service, thank you.”

“Clean facility, felt secure, the floor I had was well air conditioned so it felt nice using it in and out. The staff was always very helpful when I needed help with things or had any questions. I had a storage unit here for 3 years and never had any problems with the facility nor the staff. I would recommend them”
