Bad experiences at this location. They never return back after they put you on hold if you give them a call. I returned the car in a different location and they charged me extra that I was never told or never see it in the contract mentioning about the extra fee.

First gave me a car were the Bluetooth did work at all. Then Gave me a car on a half tank and when I returned it on a half tank they charged me for fuel. Can’t get a hold of a real person to have the charges removed. Hertz in all is starting to become an unreliable company.

I always rent from Hertz and am also a Gold member but my experience here was one of the worst I have had in my 15 years of using Hertz. Got a Nissan altima as my rental and it had low tire air pressure in one tire. They fixed that temporarily by overfilling all the tires from the next door car mechanic shop. Next day I see the same issue so brought the car back to the location and the Manager actually made me wait so he could take the car to the mechanic to look at it. That's one of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I am not renting car to come and wait at the location while some mechanic is trying to fix it. After I raised this co concer with the manager he finally gave me another car. Communication was horrible by the staff who was actually the Manger of the location. I would rather drive to Burbank or LAX to get a car next time instead. Plus the place smells disgusting as well.

Worst place ever not only did they charge me twice. When I went back and mentioned it to them they were so rude. The guy behind the counter is a complete unprofessional. Avoid it all costs.Avoid at all costs . Use enterprise. better be at customer service. Save yourself the hassle.

Was quoted 753 for a 2 week rental. End bill came out to 1600 dollars. Pricing is so sleezy and they slip in hidden fees.Final reviewFront desk reps are nice and friendly thats the only plus.All the negatives.Vehicle fees and management are absolutely dogsh**. Was Quoted 765 for my rental. Bill turned out to be 1600 dollars for renting an EV. They said they didn't receive the vehicle when I dropped it off and billed me an additional 1.5k. Price ended up being double the amount in the end after i had corporate make a conference call with me and the office, they ended up taking off the charge that they WAY overbilled me for. So many hidden fees, manager is blatantly irresponsible and they absolutely suck at keeping track of rentals. 0/10 wouldn't ever rent from these guys. Ended up thinking I'd pay around 800ish for a 10 day rental, ended up paying 1.6k after they tacked on fees.

As a State Farm agent, I take great pride in providing exceptional customer service to my customers. Unfortunately this location is not where I would send my customers. The staff, named Brian, are snooty and unaccommodating. Instead I switched my reservation to one of the local Enterprise locations nearby who I know deliver exceptional service every time I’ve worked with them.

Don't. Just don't. Rented here for a 2 day rental. The clerk helping me was taking a very long time...(two other people got their cars and we're gone and I was still waiting at the counter). I thought OK I've got a new guy he's a trainee it happens. Nope he's the manager the car they gave me the trunk wouldn't shut and one of the seats wouldn't push back so they very nicely gave me an upgrade. I return the car at my designated time I handed the key to a clerk. He said he could email me a receipt because it was very busy. All is well until...I kept getting charged on my credit card repeatedly, and then I got a phone call from Hertz saying that if I didn't return the car that they put out a warrant.When I called customer service, they said oh yeah, they probably just gave it to the next rental person and forgot to close out your account... Like it's a common occurrence this place is shady I wouldn't recommend it.The staff is very friendly though

Bryan/Brian was really helpful in getting my rental car sorted. I went in through insurance, as my car had been the victim of a "hit and run" situation. They had hardly any car stock available when I first went in (through insurance), so they weren't able to offer anything suitable. But Bryan was wonderful and understanding in offering a solution. He rented me any of whatever they had left (a truck, or an economy car), and gave me the option to swap it out when they had more options available. Since I drive a lot for work, I really needed an equivalent rental to my SUV which will be in the auto shop for a few weeks. I went back in a couple days later, and Bryan kept his word. He allowed me to pick any of the available cars I wanted, within reason, ensuring that it matched the insurances budget to make it easy for me.Bryan was kind, professional, personable, understanding, and reliable. The most impressive part of my experience is that Bryan managed to sort out my rental issues all while answering the phones ringing every five seconds and dealing with a long line of customers that preceded me and came after me. Bryan and his ability to multitask is really impressive and keeps that place running, in my humble opinion. They are otherwise severely understaffed, which is not their fault. The way Bryan is able to multi-task and manage such an overwhelming work load, with the above fact considered, was impressive and much appreciated. He really made it a fair, easy, and pleasant experience...when it otherwise would have been frustrating. He really came through for Hertz. And for me. They're lucky to have him. Also just wanted to mention Martine, the gentleman who cleans the returned cars and gets them ready to be rented again. His expediency, in getting the work done, gave us a better temporary alternative at the last minute. Martine is also extremely friendly and very helpful/understanding. I appreciated that as well! The staff at this place must be overwhelmed by the demand, but Bryan and Martine seem to maintain a high professional ethic and standard despite that. Thank you guys! Honestly!

Wow what a experience. Got there at 8:15 on a Monday. A line of people 10 deep. And employees helping no one. Finally one guy started giving cars out while three other employees looked at their computers. Horrible horrible service do not rent here
