Would not stay again. Nothing drastic happened, just wonky customer service. Ask that they turn down Muzak in gym because it was so loud, it interfered with music on my earbuds. The response was that Manager was out for three days and only he could do it? Three days with no one available to help with a customer service issue? Asked about room cleaning time as I was working remotely and planned to step out during cleaning, and they didn't know, nor offered to call and ask. I ended up asking the cleaning person myself and was able to leave before they arrived.also BEWARE! they require $100 a night for deposit. The man who checked in before me had to give $700.I never at breakfast as it was all processed foods. There are great grocery stores close by and almost full kitchen (no oven).

Never in my life have I had a more disappointing stay at a hotel than this one. I stay in tons of hotels at that and the experience I had with hilton wasextremely disappointing. First and for most I called downstairs to ask for a bath mat. Getting in the shower/tub was very slippery. I was told by front desk I have to call a manager and get back to you. An hr later I had to call them for an update. Still no progress. The guy really told me I can give you a towel to put in the shower so you dont slip and fall in the meantime. Uhhh no thank you. I then asked him about my heater and how to work it. Their thermostats only go up to 76 degrees. I could not get warm air to come out of the vents. Front desks response was I need to get an engineer to come check that out for you but I am the only one on property right now. Mind you this is on a friday night.? I was told we here are not a full service hotel in this area. All I know is I will never stay at another Hilton again, you are supposed to accomodate your guests and provide great service but this Hilton failed miserably to make my stay a memorable one.

Love this place, service always great.Luis from food prep cooked up some fresh eggs 10 minutes before breakfast was set to end, just for us. He’s the MVP ?

The service here is nonexistent. We checked in and had no conditioner or body soap inside the bottles in the shower. They don't service to the room so we had to get out of the shower and walk to the lobby to get what we needed.Pull out bed mattress is pure springs and cannot be counted as a sleeping place. We asked for our room to be cleaned, no one came. No one cared.

I stayed here for about three weeks, so I feel like a got a good feel of what this hotel is about. The good:The hotel is pretty new so many things we're updated and in style. The gym was top notch! They have a very large breakfast area.Full sized fridge in the kitchen and the kitchen is stocked with all utensils you'd need.Shout out to the maintenance worker (John I believe)Very close to six flags! The bad:The rooms were pretty noisy. You could hear anyone that walked by the door. You couldn't hear voices in the rooms next door, but you could hear thumps all night long.As mentioned, the hotel is pretty new and the decor was updated, but a lot of it was in bad condition. Stains on the linens and walls, chipped cabinets, caulking was breaking open, etc. The electric cooktop would turn off in the middle of cooking a meal. The breakfast was good, however, they put the same dishes on repeat so if you're there for more than a day or two then it gets old. They were often out of water and milk. The also seemed to put fruit out in the morning and never restock. The worst part was the customer service. The GM was very rude and I also overheard many front desk employees yelling at customers on the phone. They were constantly saying the hotel was booked full (when it wasn't). I asked for a different room on a lower floor and they just told me the hotel was full. Never offered to move me when a room became available. The housekeeping only comes very 5 days. (I know this is probably a Hilton general policy, but it's ridiculous). How are 3 towels and one roll of toilet paper supposed to last two people 5 days?. Whenever I tired to call down to the front desk, the phone didn't work.l literally had to go down to the front desk to get items towels and toilet paper every day. For three weeks. There is currently construction happening and although it is obvious, there was also no warning from the front desk staff either like "construction hours are 7-4, etc). This made it very hard to work remotely.Overall, I think this hotel is great for a night or two, but not for extended periods.

Horrible stay. Upon arrival I had a bed with pee stains. Didn't need another room just asked if it could be swapped out with another mattress. Same mattress was cleaned and sheets left on the floor. Upon leaving I was charged for a couch cushion being destroyed when in reality nothing was wrong when I checked out . Horrible experience. Only one wash machine for the entire building as well . Avoid this place like it was the plague. Plenty of other good hotels in town.

I keep wanting to like our experience here but the service is awful. My husband is here for work so we have been what they call a "stayover guest". We are here for a little less than three weeks but the 1 star is for the room itself as it was nice, clean and mostly quiet. We had a lot of issues with the communication between front desk and their housekeeping service as they prioritize guest rooms who are NOT stayover guests (I was told this by 2 front desk employees and 1 manager on site). When we checked in, they scheduled our cleaning for every Saturday. Last week, the Hilton system changed and supposedly stayover guests got a service every other day and no service over the weekend. Instead of being proactive in scheduling services with the guests staying at the hotel, they kept telling me housekeeping will come the next day, then the next, then the next which eventually did not happen until the fourth day (Monday) when I asked 3 times since the morning to please have our room cleaned. It doesn't matter who I spoke to as they are conditioned to just say it is not their fault and it's out of their control. I explained that we are traveling with our 2 month old baby and it's not easy to leave the room every afternoon hoping they clean our room (to come back to it not clean). The managers response was to wait for housekeeping then leave the room in a tone where he was blaming me. Apparently he does not understand how difficult it is to just leave the room with a baby. That was a joke! So I did not waste my time with him as it was getting nowhere. Finally got cleaning that day (at 3:40pm after speaking to them three times; housekeeping wraps up at 4pm is what I was told). We could not get out of the room as it was time to feed my baby so I have a housekeeping lady running around to clean and left doing a half assed job (not her fault). If they had actually scheduled the cleaning, it would not have been like this. With being here with multiple other guests who are my husbands coworkers (over 10 at this location), we noticed the basic items we needed were also not provided and service sketchy. We had requested a 5th floor with afternoon light as I would be in the room a lot and wanted the least amount of noise possible but we told there was none available (come to find out two of his coworkers got 5th floor rooms that checked in after us). For a week we had noisy upstairs guests. We had requested a frying pan. 1 employee said that all rooms don't have pans and another said it was missing and will get one to us...it's been over 2 weeks. Again, the other rooms have fry pans. When we asked, they brough us a shallow pot. The stove turns off every once in a while while using it to cook and plastic coming off kitchen utensils will get in your food (I don't use theirs, I brought my own). Good fridge. There are two laundry machines on site, 1 of which has been out of order since we arrived so be prepared to wait to use the machine!Short term is probably better here but longer term...it's whatever. We just needed a few things in the three weeks as we keep a clean space but they failed every time. They have potential to do better if they actually cared about their guests.

This Hilton could been a 4, MAYBE a 4.5 star hotel. BUT, the manager on was extremely rude and what felt like discrimination. This review could be very long but I'll cut straight to it:Front desk person was nice, manager was AWFUL, housekeeping was in 8 days, bed was good, towels were awful, free breakfast was nice, but was lacking in every way. I honestly would not have guessed this property is the HILTON brand. Hopefully with some tweaks, and a new manage, they can get back to the Hilton that I know and love.Erik H

Not a good hotel for business for peaceful sleep and quiet down time. For some reason, they love to put queen fitted sheets on each and every king bed, so it pops off all the time. Stayed many times and its always the case, even when you ask them to change the really scratchy sheets, they are still too small, how cheap! Kids running everywhere, from crazy exhausted amusement park families to club sports teams taking over the lobby all evening. Noise from the construction next door all day and sirens from emergency vehicles all day and night, in and out of the assisted living facility next door. Complimentary breakfast is mediocre, and the happy hour requires a desk member to come over, get out their keycard and pour your wine or beer. not a bartender or even a service person, literally the guy who checks you in is the one who has to come get your drink. The GM Lawrence Barr is rude and has an attitude like he's running a Four Seasons! Prince Hospitality, is the franchiser and they are well known in this area for corner cutting and poor service.Noteworthy details: Typical Prince Hospitality Franchisee. Cheap linens, rude management, Lawrence Barr, but friendly underpaid overworked staff members.
