“This place is a gem. The staff is beyond helpful and everyone always provides exceptional customer service. I’ve had the privilege of interacting Naomi, Jason, and several others at the front desk and they are incredible humans that provide a wonderful service in important, often crisis moments for me. The manager there (I sadly forget his name, I thinks it’s John) is one of the coolest people I’ve ever met, and he is so gracious and kind. The rooms are always clean and at such an affordable price point, I’d say this is the best place to stay in Santa Clarita. Everyone who runs that place deserves praise.”
“No cellular service (t-mobile) and Wifi was unreliable (off every 5-10 minutes). Nothing to do in the evenings but swat mosquitoes. Bathroom was tiny, I could barely fit in the shower, whose spray did not reach calves. I was very happy to stay here once in Spring, but convenient it is not.”

“Very clean and comfortable spotless room, price was cheaper than most hotels in the area, service was friendly and the breakfast was awesome. Great location. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.”
“Motel einfach aber ganz OK. Funktional, könnte renovation vertragen. Sauber. Leider keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer.
Freundliches Personal. Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.
Dear dog owners
The hotel is pet-free.
So please don't smuggle your dog into the motel. There is a reason why the owner doesn't want pets.
I find it impossible for you not to follow this rule.
We have often seen that dogs are simply smuggled into pet-free motels.
The problem is simply that the dogs urinate on the carpets. Impossible”
“I would like to first say how wonderful Tracey, Andrea Hemant were to me during my 6 day stay. I planned on one night and it turned into almost a week. I had to change rooms due to my own non sense but they were very accommodating. I had left my charger and the cleaning staff saved it for me nearly 2 days later after I finally noticed I needed it and she knew exactly where she had stored it away. I locked myself out at 4am and somehow locked the lock that is inside and is there to keep others out. Andrea amd Hemant had to use some tool and not to mention Hemant was asleep at his home and was woken up to rescue me. I ended up with the Flu and Tracey helped me with toast in the morning. They seriously went above and beyond and I will always recommend this place over any other in SCV. I was in the worst spot in my life and they made it a little easier to get through. Sometimes people don’t know how their smile can truly make or break you some days. Thank you all so much for being here for me when I truly felt all alone and scared for my next chapter in life. Heamant smile made me feel
So welcome and I just thought the world should know this staff saved my life without knowing it.”
“Great location at one end of Old Newhall. Rooms on train side can be loud so they provide earplugs but the plus side is that you can easily catch a train to downtown L.A., from where you can go to Santa Monica, Long Beach, etc. Train plus Uber is so much more pleasant than traffic jams! Very nice walkable area full of bars and restaurants and a huge library. Hotel has a bar on some evenings, outside in a 2nd floor courtyard, nice to avoid the sometimes noisy/crowded bars on Main Street.”
