The quality of their work was good however, The customer service was horrible! They used a couple of different means of communication which caused confusion. My wife call in advanced and exchanged a few text messages with photos discussing what we were looking for. Everything was pleasant at first. I dropped off the jacket and about 4 days later picked it up. Because I was pleased with the quality of the work, I asked if they could do something else for me. They gave me a quote and I agreed to it . All was good or at least I thought it was. I left and afterwards I realized, I had forgot to ask for the invoice.
After a few back and forth text messages and about 6 weeks later, I received a text stating the order was ready
I arrived to the shop about an hour afterwards. Tim greeted me and said the jacket was almost done. I told him that I received the text stating everything was ready. Another gentleman came from the back and said he needed 2 more minutes. I smiled and told him to take his time. Tim wanted to charge me for the hats at that point. I stated that I didn't want to do 2 different transactions, just do it all at once. So he grabbed another invoice and said I will just add them together and you can just pay the combined amount. As I looked at it, the price would have been almost $150 more than I had agreed upon. At that point I started to get upset. Vicky came out from the back and started saying that I never responded in the app. I said I didn't because it was the wrong price. I communicated that in the text. She then stated that she new she shouldn't have worked with me in the first place. At that point I told them that they could keep it all except the jacket that I had given them for the embroidering. Vicky then threw the shirts at me and said "you may as well just take it all because I can't do anything with it". Tim then stated "wait why should we give him everything for nothing" Vicky told him to mind his business and let her handle this. At that moment I started praying to God to give me strength. I gained my composure, I took a breath and said to her "that's not who I am and I hope you're not this person either". I told her that I didn't want something for nothing. I want to pay what we agreed upon. She seemed to calm down a bit and then she asked what did I want to pay? I stated, "just what we agreed on" which was about $300. Tim came back over to complete the transaction but before we were done he felt the need to tell me that I got the hats for free "just so I know".
Needless to say I didn't feel good about the whole exchange. I got home and started adding everything up.
Jacket - $40 for setup + $30 embroidering, t-shirts $15 per shirt x4, hats $131, and Hoodie $40 totaling $301. That was the initial agreement. It was their communication methods that caused the confusion. They somehow made a mistake with their math and decided it was me trying to get over.
I could have just took her at her offer to take everything and leave, but I wanted to do the right thing. Very Very disappointing with the service and will never go there again!

Prices and great customer service. They made a whole bunch of Bayside apparel shirts made in USA at a good price and including shipping was cheaper than a local place. I could find highly recommend.!!

Wow! It is such a wonderful thing when a company treats you with respect! I honestly can't say enough about Impressions in Thread! They are quick, polite, honest & they do excellent work. I'm just a small time client, but they treat me like my business really matters. I'm not one to leave reviews for a company, but this is an exceptional business. I gave them a 10 out of 10.

Horrible customer service, was yelled at by an employee on 2 separate occasions. Once when I inquired about the size of an embroidery and once for bringing in too many items.

I use Impressions in Thread for all my T-shirts, hats, bags, stickers, banners and anything else I need! Vikki and her team are awesome and help me with every step... plus they respond quick!

Consumer beware! I have given this shop 2 opportunities to print for our company. Both times they printed our shirts and the logo placement was incorrect. After specific instructions as to where we wanted the logo. However, I kept the shirts only asking for a discount to save them form having to reprint, eat the cost of the error, and purchase new shirts. On both occasions I was given a hard time for asking for a discount. When I was only trying to support a local business and help keep their loss at a minimum. I was yelled at and made to feel as though I was in error. The only credit I can give them is a quick turn around. The customer service is terrible! Unfortunately I can not recommend this shop. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Amazing staff! I came in with a last minute Mother's Day embroidery request and not only were they extremely helpful in selecting the font and color, they were incredibly quick on the turn around time. They were also very communicative. Will definitely be going back and highly recommend!

I've worked with Vikki for 16 years! They have done my school t-shirts, most of my family Disneyland t-shirts,personal items, as well as my cheerleaders and parent spirit wear. I can honestly say in those years I've only had ONE issue with a garment I ordered 8 years ago. This was not there fault, but the fault of the manufactures garment dye lot. The jacket was stitched with lettering and tackle twill. It completely faded after the first wash. We both learned a lesson. She replaced the jacket, and I was made whole.
