This Kevin Jewelers just earned customers for life! My husband and I came in here and felt so welcome and well taken care of from the moment we came in the store. Every question answered, every hope for getting what we wanted and getting a reasonable deal fulfilled! Vidal is an excellent person who takes good care of the customers and ensures that they wish to come back for more quality jewelry. Seta was incredibly kind and patient and along with Geselle, made me feel like a princess on my birthday! Thank you and we will be back again someday soon.

Was looking for a small necklace for my 8 month old baby who I am Baptizing and found the perfect necklace that had both the charm and chain. The lady at Kevin Jewelers was so helpful and sweet to my baby that me and my baby walked out happy with our purchase! They had a special and I could not say no to saving money since gold is getting more expensive.

DO NOT finance your purchase through their bank Iddeal. We were incorrectly signed up for two different accounts, it took nearly 3 months to clear it up, meanwhile interest being tacked on every month for an interest-free account. Little to no help from the actual employees at this location. The manager does not return phone calls, the card company is impossible to deal with, dropped calls, incompetent employees. I'll never do business here again.

Very awful customer Service. The worst! I stopped today at the Glendale Galleria location because I wanted my wedding ring to be cleaned since I bought it there back in December 2020 and it hasn't been clean since. In December 2020 I was told that whenever I stopped by the mall I could stop by to get it cleaned. So after 3.5 years I finally decided to stop by and to my surprise the Manager Stella Varjabedian treated me as if I was a liar and not a previous customer or future customer. She insisted on looking up my name or husband's name to verify that the ring was purchased there otherwise they couldn't clean it. She stated it was the company's policy. Back in 2020 as I was looking into upgrading my wedding band, the sales woman offered to clean my old wedding band diamond as I was looking at their wedding rings. They provided a complimentary cleaning to my old ring that was purchased at Robin Brothers Jewelry store BUT today She (Stella) wouldn't clean the ring I bought from them 3.5 years ago because I needed to show proof I bought it there. Very awful customer service. I was even considering on upgrading my diamond size and adding another piece of jewelry to match my ring but after today's experience, Kevin will not be a store to consider doing business with. I will spread around the bad experience with all my friends, acquaintances, and family to not shop at this jewelry store. Something else I observed is that her customer service was better toward this Armenian guy who was making a purchase and whose credit card kept getting declined. I told the guy he shouldn't buy anything because it wouldn't get cleaned so the manager immediately stated that the guy was her cousin. I left the store thinking if I was Armenian maybe I would had gotten my ring cleaned. Very disappointing Kevin Jewelry!
