Please Don’t buy your Lexus here. After you close the deal, sales rep or even manager don’t want anything to do with you as far as service. I am really So disappointed and frustrated why I bought my car at this Lexus Valencia. Not professional and no business ethics whatsoever. Not BBB accredited. Check out Better Business Bureau before dealing with them. Really had a very super bad experience. I bought my car July 23,2023. Set up An appointment with Jose but when I got there he was busy with other customer. Heck, whats the point of setting an appointment for when you get there, he’s not even available.He gave the sales agent named Steve. So finally the sales went through, I got the 2024 NX 350. Got the car with just one remoteKey due to shortage. According to Jose and Steve, they will mail it to me after a month or so.I called Allison today, 12/28/2023 and she was told By her Manager that I should be gettting the remote key thru Lexus Apps notifications.This dealership is not to be trusted. They don’t know what’s coming and going. I should give this dealership zero star. That’s what they deserve.As of today, January 17, 2024 called them again coz I got notification that my second key is been delivered. I spoke with Gloria from Service Dept and I was told that they will call me as soon as it’s ready. I am so tired of them running around with all the excuses, so I called Fresno Lexus near my house. Right away they scheduled me to come their Service Department and they will do duplication of my Lexus NX 350. How come those stupid Valencia people can’t get it done. All kinds of excuses they’re telling me. Very incompetent and unprofessional. Believe me, I had it with this dealer, so I went to my local Fresno Lexus and they scheduled me for appointment and they can do duplicates. How could this Lexus of Valencia couldn’t do it. They’re just after the sales. After they closed the deal, you’ll be SOL and you’re at their mercy for any kind of issues.Please beware of this dealership and check out Better Business Bureau before going at this dealership.

Loved my car buying experience at this location. Alex is the man! We communicated by text, agreed on a price and I had my keys and out the door in less than 3 hours. It took long because they were detailing my car, but I did not mind waiting.

After a long 3 days of shopping around and talking to almost all the local Lexus dealers, I was able to get the best deal at Lexus of Valencia with Anahita’s help. She is the most honest, dedicated, super professional sales lady I have ever met. We are very impressed by the service we received here. Will definitely come back .

Nightmare experience simply trying to purchase my car once the lease was up. First they lied and said I HAD to go through them rather than simply writing a check directly to Lexus Financial. Then they tried to charge me a bogus $995 "convenience" fee. Then they made me sign a finance agreement even though I was paying it off in full. Then they completely botched the correct amount to collect from me. Now, a month later, I am still waiting for the title even though Lexus Financial told me it was transferred to Keyes Lexus of Valencia weeks ago. I have left messages for three different employees for an update on the status. I have bought, sold, and leased cars for over 40 years and have never had such a bad experience as this.[Update] They apparently have a bot instantly responding to negative reviews with pat answers and faux concern.

For the past 3 years I've been looking to purchase a newer Corvette. I resisted ordering a new one because the Chevy dealer locally were adding $5k to $30K to the MSRP. I refused to take part it that sham. Another dealer told me it would take 3 to 4 years to order the car I wanted. So recently I started looking as used Corvett's for sale by owners. It was difficult to get the color and options I wanted.While looking on-line I found this car at Lexus of Valencia. My color choices changed daily! One day red, one day yellow, one day blue. This Accelerate Yellow came up on line at a dealer and it peaked my interest because of options. It is LT2, Z51, Front lift, Rear Camera, Custom Seats and Wheels and more. So I said I'll "just" go look at it. I had no intention of buying! Upon arrival Isidero greeted us standing in for Mark who I had been talking with. He pulled the car up and we went for a 10 miles test drive. Upon returning Isidero escortered us to his office to talk price. I had researsed what I'd pay and we talked and proposed my offer to his boss and "OMG" he said OK! They called my bluff and I just had to say YES!Isidero turned us over to Andera the Finance Manager. We were paying cash, before we got into her office my electronic transfer and insurance coverage were completed. Andrea was extreamly knowledgable and help us make some good decisions.We had a great time making this purchase and could not recommend Lexus of Valencia more!We love this sexy car!Thank you Lexus of Valencia!

So disappointed in Lexus of Valencia. I don't know if there is new ownership/management. I leased an ES and ended up loving my car so much I bought it at lease-end. I brought my mom in, and she leased a car and has been so happy. Our experience at lease end of her vehicle has been HORRIBLE! Ideally, we wanted to get into a newer model but opted to buy-out the lease. There was so much back and forth and false information. We dealt with 5 different people over 4 days to get this resolved. It's a shame this experience was so negative. If I ever decide to purchase another Lexus, definitely will not be returning to Lexus of Valencia.

After countless visits at other dealerships I finally found the car my wife and I loved. Our car salesman Bernie was professional and friendly. He made the process comfortable and helped us with the payment we wanted. I would highly recommend him and the Valencia Lexus dealership.

It was a pleasure to lease my new Lexus with Al as my salesperson. He's hard working, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and understanding. He really made my experience with leasing my new car wonderful.I also would like to say that everyone who I had the pleasure of meeting at Lexus of Valencia was so kind and accommodating. I'm also very impressed that I was personally introduced to Scott in maintenance and he let me know that I will always be welcome to personally contact him for any future maintenance that I may need for my new vehicle.It was also quite a pleasant surprise that Al took the time out of his day the following day after I took my new vehicle home, to call me to see if I had any questions and to make sure I was happy with my new vehicle.The dealership is set up beautifully and is immaculate. I am so happy with my new car. This is I think my5th Lexus and Lexus will always be my vehicle of choice and Lexus of Valencia will always be the dealership of choice for my future Lexus vehicles!

My wife dropped off her car for a 11:30 pm appointment today. All we needed was a basic 10k miles service consisting of an oil change and tire rotation. She was told the estimate to finish was 3:00 pm and that the car would have to be picked before 5:00 pm at the latest because it was closing time. She just picked up her car at 4:57 after sitting in the lobby since 2 pm. How does an oil change take over 5 hours with an appointment? Worst service we’ve ever experienced, especially from a supposed luxury brand!

Brought my Lexus here to figure out an electrical issue related to the TMPS system. After doing a series of diagnostics myself, my best guess that something was malfunctioning within the wiring or receiver that marries the sensors to the receiving unit in the car.I worked with Scott. He was honest and worked with the utmost integrity. He and his team were able to diagnose the issue down to a couple wires that had been chewed through my mice/rats. Despite those parts and the labor not being covered under warranty (act of nature, not faulty parts), Scott was straightforward about the issue. He got the repair scheduled for the same afternoon.I picked up my car right as he was wrapping up for the evening. He stayed a couple minutes to make sure I took delivery of my car with all paperwork in hand.Highly recommend the service team here. They're great to work with.

If I could zero stars to this dealership I would. They are extremely rude and will not negotiate at all!! I would have paid sticker price for great service. This is the reason I will never purchase a car from them and only utilize this location for test drives. There are plenty of other dealerships in So Cal. Do NOT waste your time.

This is my first Google review as I don't really have time or care to write one. I've been to many dealers and had less than perfect experiences, but this the worst. I am happy to hear others were satisfied with their experience at Lexus of Valencia. This is my experience. I saw an used 2020 Sonata Limited for sale on their website, Cargurus, and other websites for the listed price of $22,700. I called twice to confirm that the car is available as it will take over 2 hours of driving to see it. They said the car is available. I called at 12:10pm. The car was still at $22,700. We arrived at almost 2pm. When we got there the car price went up to $24,500. The price changed occurred while we were on route or while we were there. Luckily, I had the screenshot to show him. The salesman said the car has 4k worth of deal installed options. (Note: nowhere on their website mentions that) But the ridiculous thing is that the dealer ons were non-existent. The leather and paint were not in the best condition. I didn't see any special treatment done to it. The battery protection is 900 dollars, but we know car batteries don't cost anywhere near $900. The most annoying thing was that we wanted to pay cash, but they asked us for our SSN, employment, income and other personal information. At the end they didn't honor that price and we left feeling very upset that we were totally deceived, and icky know they have all our personal information. Shame on you, Lexus. I never would imagine a Lexus dealer doing this kind of shady business.
