Amazing place to eat good Japanese food. The teppanyaki is amazingly good, fresh, and plentiful.

Excellent food and service. With a great performance by chefs that entertain in front of you while waiting for food

Yesterday I tried one more time this place. Was horrible at the sushi part. Again they have those two short guys as a cook one younger one older. I ordered 4 sushi, 2 was made with other guys was perfect but the other two was made from this short guys, horrible! I spoke to manager and her excuse was that those two guys are new and they are learning how to make sushi, which was stupid excuse. Ambiance was ok.

My SO took me here for Valentine's Day lunch. We were seated right away and had the grill for our selves. It wasn't busy but I have noticed that as the time pass by, people are in and out. But still plenty of grill tables that are unoccupied. My SO and I ordered the combination. It comes with salad, soup, shrimp appetizer, vegetables and fried rice. I had the Steak and Calamari while my SO got the Steak and Sea Bass. We got each a mug of Kirin beer as well. Customer service is up to par. No complaints about that. Martin is our chef. He cooked our food to how we want it. Aaron our server kept checking on us. Why 3 stars? It's because the food was salty. I will give this place a chance but not for a while. I think I am better off with the sushi's. *Private parking lot. * Separate restroom's, looks clean and stocked.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kisho Japanese Restaurant, and my experience far surpassed my expectations from a previous visit several years ago. The attentive staff expertly managed our stroller amidst the restaurant's vibrant atmosphere. The culinary creations were truly exceptional, justifying the reasonable price. While there were unforeseen shortages of wine and beer due to the enthusiastic weekend crowd, the staff promptly resolved the matter. The ambiance was perfectly suited for intimate conversations among a small group, maintaining an ideal balance between not being overly subdued and not being excessively boisterous. Kisho Japanese Restaurant is wholeheartedly recommended, and I look forward to returning for another enjoyable dining experience.

Despite prices being high the food is still good. I would skip sushi but the Teppanyaki still hits.

New cook maybe ?Today’s food was bland and sauces had lemon flavor. Main dish was teriyaki salmon didn’t find any teriyaki sauce. Was drenched in lemon juice. Garlic edamame had no flavor at all. Ordered at 6:18pm was told it would be ready by 7pm received my food at 7:20pm.

I've been going to Kishos for 18 years. I was on a first name basis with Chef Ishy many years ago. But within the past 2 years I've noticed a steep decline in the service and food here.Just finished a 'meal' and there were 8 things wrong with our party's orders. Requests not fulfilled/ not entered in the system. Some items were sent back twice and then cancelled after repeat failures. Our server had zero personal skills, seemed like she had no interest in being there nor helping customers, and lied about messing up some of our orders. All I have to ask is, where did your pride go at Kishos? Today was an embarrassment for the place I used to enjoy treating my friends to the most.
