If I could give zero stars I would. I get my blood done routinely and have no issues with needles puncturing my skin. The two Hispanic ladies in the front desk were extremely rude no eye contact no greet just a I need to go to lunch In 5 min so this has to be quick as a response....I should of walked out at that very moment bt I proceeded to wrap things up and head to the blood drawing room where they mutilated my arm w an 18 g needle trying to fish for a vein. The lack of profession is sick. I see what this online programs over quarantine have now created. Mediocre workers that aren't skilled at their trade. Will never be going back hope you had a great lunch ! (:

I arrived without an appointment to have routine blood work taken. The staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and provided exceptionally fast service.

This place is horrible. I took my dad in this morning for routine blood work and the receptionist a male, looked middle age, Hispanic was so rude. Cuts you off when you’re speaking, is short with his responses, doesn’t make eye contact, just extremely unprofessional. This place needs to train their staff on customer service or needs to hire new staff. So sad the staff behaves this way when the location is at Henry Mayo.

Worst service, do not go here unless you absolutely have too. The front staff is unprofessional, lacks customer service skills and is is just rude. The Hispanic male receptionist was awful, no eye contact, cuts you off when speaking, responded with short answers and looked bothered to be there. These people don't care about patients and this is concerning since this is the medical industry and many patients are coming in for important lab test. This place needs to retrain all their staff. Just disappointing.

Had a wonderful experience, the man at the front desk was welcoming, extremely friendly and super nice even at an early time (we came in for an early morning blood draw) it was fast and easy. We were in and out. They also were very accommodating to my service dog as well. Thanks for the great experience!

I don't understand all of the negative reviews that this place has been receiving on here. I've been there several times with no issue and everyone there has been friendly. Every time I've visited in the morning there hasn't been much of a wait and the check-in process is very simple at the kiosk.There are numerous times that they even apologized for the wait when it felt like it was nothing (10-15 minutes tops). I was even able to make an appointment online and it sped up the wait even more.This place is great to get blood work done and I highly recommend this location. I've been to their other much busier location in Lancaster and this one is much easier to use.

Not only do they never answer the phone during office hours, but they are also rude and unprofessional when you arrive at this place and they “greet” you. Be ready for rude response if you dare to ask a question. The younger Hispanic lady seems to be the worst. I did not get her name otherwise I would publish it here so that Labcorp does something about it. I’m sure that there are many qualified people out there who would gladly take her position and do a much better job.

Use any other lab if possible. The appointment schedule was worthless. From now on, we are going to UCLA, their lab is on the ball and has no problems with schedule or appointments. JUST MY OPINION

They don't answer the phone and keep you waiting with no information
