Go anywhere else but Labcorp. I had made an appointment on 2/14/24 and when I got there the door was locked and they had a note that the lab was closed until further notice. They could have emailed me, but they are so poorly run that I did not receive any notification. From now on we're going to Quest Diagnostics.

I've been coming here for years. Yes, they are sometimes busy and possibly understaffed but each person has treated me with respect and has been helpful. The techs who draw the blood are able to get my very small and wiggly veins on the first draw which is a huge accomplishment.

If I could give 0 stars…. I would! The receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. I will never go to any LabCorp again.

Valencia lab literally across the parking lot from my doctors office and I will never return. I would rather drive down the street and be dem by real professionals. Asked what the wait time was and it went from 20 min to over an hour. Terrible management.

Apparently they are closed due to “the bathrooms being down…. And state that they will down for about two months.” Absolutely ridiculous when they are the only location in scv that provides the drug screening.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I went for a 3 hour test,And I reached at 9:40 , they said by the time its 3 hour it will be 12:45, and they start lunch at 12:30. Just a 15min difference. Google shows they don't close for lunch and straightaway close at 4:30. They should update the hours. Or atleast mention that while calling for appointment. Also, there is no need to call it a walk in lab if you have so many conditions. Better to give appointments.

Hey Guys,QUICKLY REVIEW:If I had a possibility I will give a half of a quarter star to his company.A Novel from a Faire Tail - My client did already this exam twice, COLOSCREEN. First the Lab Corp didn’t accept the recipient (tube). Second time we never received the results, and this now is the third time.Look what happen ? - In October 07, 2021 my client and I went to Lab Corp to send a specimen to analysis ?to do this COLOSCREEN EXAM.I went to the doctors office after a month or more this still going on… the doctor didn’t receive the result from LabCorp. Long story short we never received the results, has been passed many days, Almost two months ago. Today I stepped in the Lab Corp office to try to know what is going on? Why the doctor office didn’t receive the results?Do you want to know what happened - I will tell you. They said they didn’t send the results because they don’t have the FAX NUMBER ?.What????? Come on? A number? Do you have fingers to go to Google or at least call the number on your paperwork? Or again call the paciente? Ask for help? How bad is that?People are using excuses to be incompetent, unable, unqualified. All about COVID-19 restrictions. Really fast service here. I've been in/out in 30 mins or less. I was dreading going to this location bc of the negative reviews and previous experiences at other locations but this was a breeze.

Yesterday, I went into the Valencia lab for some routine blood work after receiving a general physical exam. The phlebotomist drew six vials of blood and had to use both of my arms. Midway through the process, she seemed to be very confused and had to ask my name twice while she was looking at several medical scripts on her desk. She then told me that she had made a mistake and only meant to take two vials of blood rather than six! She tossed the remaining four vials in the waste hazard box right in front of me with a very cavalier attitude. I was shocked by her unprofessional demeanor and her unapologetic manner. Please make sure to read your name on the label and check that it matches with your blood and no one else's blood!

Check in was easy and system said i would receive a text when it was my turn. Nope. Waited for over 90 minutes and nothing. Dont trust the text system.

We went Labcorp at McBean yesterday had a poor experience with the receptionist, “Pxxxx”. We decided to go to this location today to have a better experience. This lady was at this location today! She apparently remembered us and made a remarks why we didn’t go back other location. We didn’t have a heart to tell her it’s because of her! Her demeanor, tone, etiquette are make customer offensive and her unprofessional manner makes the Lobcorp with bad reputation. Again why she works in an industry if she is not the people person??

Every time I come here after my Dr sends the orders,according to them they don't have it. Have to call the Dr to fax it over again. What should take 10 minutes takes an hour

Number hangs up on me. Didn’t send results of bloodwork where I asked.
