“It was actually one of the few pretty decent coin up launders we have been too. We were just visiting this city for a sports tournament and had to clean my son's muddy uniforms pretty quickly. Soooo many options for washers. Look up and you will see (signs) which washers are good for the amount of wash you have. Down fall is that you can't just put coins directly into the machine. You need to purchase a "card" and put money in it. Washing and drying is set at a price point so you won't be able to put the exact amount on your card. Now we have some stupid amount left over on the card we probably won't use again. You should be able to return the card and get the balance back! This is how they make the "extra" back. Pretty good scam. lol...this happens cuz they put 79 cents as a price for 11 minute drying. It will never add up to the amount you put on your card. They have plenty of choices for detergent, softener and dryer sheets to select in the machine if you forgot yours or need. Perfect for these unplanned usage. There wasn't a lot of carts to use so I would suggest adding more. Plenty of parking in the lot. 3/5/2024 Thank you to the owner for writing back. Sounds good to know Michele will help me but I don't know her and she didn't make herself known when I was there. No worries, I am not one of your consistent customers. You have a fantastic facility and my review would probably be different if this was some where I frequent. 4.5 stars...give them your business friends!”

“We've been going here for at least 15 years. We love Rose so much, and she's half the reason we won't look elsewhere. The reasonable prices and amazing job they do helps a lot, too!”

“Great place and very accommodating! I had to get an emergency tailoring done last minute and they were willing to do it even though they were 45 mins away from closing and typically complete these types of work within a day or two. I am beyond happy. This will be our go to place from now on for dry cleaning needs.”

“A little backstory: every time I would try to research wedding dress cleaning and preservation, my search would usually end in frustration. I looked into online companies but after wrestling with the idea to mail my dress away to an unknown destination, I decided that I wasn't willing to risk that for the amount of money I would save. I looked into local cleaners that specialized in wedding dress cleaning and preservation and got a few ridiculous $500+ quotes. Sorry but that's about half what I paid for the dress, so no thank you! So months went by of these fruitless searches until I took my wedding dress here on the recommendation of the gals at Cruz's bridal upstairs. The owner is friendly and assured me they have a special machine for cleaning wedding gowns. He showed me a sample of a gown they had just cleaned and pressed and a sample of the boxes that they put the gowns in. My request was that I could see the dress after it was cleaned but before it was boxed up. I just wanted to see how the hemline looked after cleaning. He agreed to my request. The turnaround time was very reasonable for my wedding gown. I was in no rush to get the dress back, but I remember he called me sooner than I expected to tell me it was ready. I came in and was able to inspect my gown. Then a few days later I was able to take my dress home in it's new home, an acid free box with a window so I can peek at it's beautiful bodice. It was then placed in a second cardboard box for more protection. The price was reasonable. I am so pleased with my experience here at Plum Cleaners and glad I was recommended to come to them.”
