LensCrafters Valencia has lot of options on the frames. Passion helped us. Passion is so kind, active and very helpful. She helped me in selecting a right frame that suits my style. She has been so helpful through out. She is the best in her profession.

I very rarely write reviews...the place has to be fantastic, or terrible. And this place is terrible. The story is too long to narrate, so I will post this in snippets of the worst:As we walked in, I should have known what our experience would be after listening to some other irate customer lay into them over the phone...but wanted to give them a chance.Passion, a receptionist, had an overall very condescending vibe and attitude...which I also tried to go along with. I was asked for my eye insurance information multiple times, and asked to sign several "insurance utilization notification" documents letting me know Lens Crafters would be using my insurance (note this for later).Jillian, the eye test helper, was very agitated and tense overall...and extremely rude to one of her seemingly sweet co-workers right in front of me, barking commands of which computer to use and how to proceed with the next patients. It was very uncomfortable.The actual doctor I saw was fine. But he did tell me I needed glasses, which is the first time I've ever heard that in all my years going to eye check-ups, but also fine. What I didn't like, was that he had me sign a document that stated I refused eye dilation, when I was never asked if I wanted that test. Maybe to save money on me? No idea.All of this so far is whatever, and I've endured much worse. But the next bits were really frustrating.As soon as I came out from seeing the doctor, Passion was ON me and being very pressuring to purchase glasses that day. I explained that I was going to take my time and figure it out, and that irritated her visibly. I then asked what my insurance benefit was for frames, and she looked it up, but then proceeded to rudely explain that it was too confusing and she didn't want to tell me. I assured her I could understand, and she continued to state she basically didn't think I was smart enough to comprehend. I nicely asked her to try me...and she said "ok 30% off plus $22". What is so confusing about that to warrant all the pushback? 30% off the price of the frame, plus a $22 charge...got it. However, that did sound weird to me...it was not what I remember the benefit being, which is more like $130 off any frame once every two years. But I let that slide too because I wasn't getting glasses from them that minute anyway.We go to checkout (mind you this whole process took almost 3 hours to get through), and Passion asks me for $39. This also sounded weird to me because I was sure my eye insurance covered one exam per year.Then it dawns on me...Lens Crafters doesn't actually take my eye insurance (which is VSP by the way, one of the biggest in the country), and I am technically going "out of network" for this awful visit. Shame on me for not checking myself to see if Lens Crafters takes VSP...but who would think they wouldn't, both being huge in their field? But more importantly, why when I was asked for the endless insurance details and insurance authorization signatures did Passion not tell me, "oh by the way, we don't accept your coverage"? I posed that question to her, and all she could do was stutter through an answer to the effect of "we thought you would know that". This place is a scam for sure. She did that on purpose, and now has used a portion of my actual benefit on an out of network visit that I also had to come out of pocket for. Same reason she pressured me into buying glasses that second, and for the weird, "hard-to-understand" discount. They are a scam.To finish this punishing day, she asks if me & my daughter want to checkout separately, or together. My daughter? That woman who came in with me and had an equally terrible experience is my fiance. Sure there's an age gap...I just turned 40 and she's almost 30...sure maybe I even look a lot older than her. But her FATHER? That was intended to be mean and rude because Passion and Jillian have no compassion for their customers. I laughed that one off because it was so absurd and jus

My experience at this LensCrafters was amazing! Cookie helped me understand my vision benefits and helped me pick the perfect lenses for my sunglasses. She was super knowledgeable and friendly. Passion was also amazing and created such a fun and friendly environment. I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you Cookie and Passion!

Customer service at its finest! Love the store and selection available. From the moment we walked in I noticed Passion was on top of everything. Attentive, respectful, & multitasking with customers and online orders. Also thank you Christopher for ringing us up promptly and correcting my contact information on file.

Loves this LensCrafters location. I miss my old doc in Philly, but super grateful to find this practice. My third year coming - everyone is super friendly and helpful. All the doctors I’ve seen: Dr. Wong and Dr. Healey are wonderful. I’ve heard Dr. Chow is great too. Special thanks to Passion, she’s amazing, always positive, kind, and helpful.

Passion went above and beyond to help us. She is friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Passion found the best deal to replace my daughter’s glasses and made sure we were all happy. We strongly recommend her and will definitely come back to LensCrafters thanks to her.

I walked in to make an appointment and to my surprise (Sonia) was able to take me right in, no wait! I was taken by Cris who was professional but friendly which makes you feel welcomed! He (along with other staff) helped me decide on my new pair of glasses. Which was great and very helpful! All in all 5 star service I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Cookie was great! She was patient and gave me all the time I needed to consider my options for frames. She even helped me to pick out a really fun pair that I loved. She also did a great job explaining my insurance benefits.

Veronica was amazing. Not only did she have my 35+ year old RayBans FIXED while I waited a minimal amount of time, she set me up with the exact pair of sunglasses unwanted from another store, for my first prescription pair. She found me a case for my old eyeglasses and went way far out of her way to accommodate every question and request. She is fantastic. Thank you for a great experience!
