I live close by liberty tax, read the reviews, and called a few places. I called Liberty Tax and spoke to Victor, who explained everything to me as I have basic filing. I would not trust turbo tax anymore due to their changes. I met Victor and William today. What a pleasure! The nicest, kindest people you could ever meet. It took William little time to complete my taxes, and the price was as I was told. Excellent service from "the businessman with a heart" and his partner, Victor! I will definitely be going back next year. I highly recommend their services!

William is so AWESOME! Such a professional and takes the time to explain your taxes, deductibles and new tax laws, etc...I feel confident filing my taxes with William for my entire time here in California ( 10 years) .

I took my 2022 taxes here because of its high Yelp ratings. William proved to be not only a highly qualified tax person (he has a wall full of certificates) but is highly professional and every inch a true gentleman. He finished my tax forms then and there, and then sent them electronically to the IRS and State. He gave me two slips of paper to include with my payments...I don't have to send in the tax forms themselves as he has already done that. He took great care in going over what and why he was doing, and provided tips on how to reduce my future taxes. I've been paying taxes for over 50 years and this is the best experience I've had with the process. Ten stars!

I’ve been going to see William at Liberty since 2008. I go specifically for his amazing customer service! William is extremely knowledgeable and can answer any questions I have, he is very thorough. William is our go to guy for taxes. He made filing my business and personal taxes completely stress free by letting us know exactly what he needed from us to file. Your appointment will be short and simple, the charge is honest and affordable, the result? Let’s just say when I attempted to do my taxes on my own this year my return was predicted to be $2000 lower than what William the financial -Genius- was able to do for me.If mob bosses and criminals check under their bed in fear of the IRS… the IRS checks under their beds for William.Make your appointment. I don’t care how many emails TurboTax is sending you.
