Oh my goodness! Adriana was so helpful and knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect couch for my space! I purchased it on Sunday and today is Friday and it’s being delivered! I hardly have time to get rid of my old couch!! When they tell you 1-2 weeks, but it may be earlier, BELIEVE THEM! ??By the way, make sure to take advantage of sales AND check the Heroes Discount to see if you qualify! Love everything about this company so far! Great experience!

Love the product but also love the staff!!! They were so helpful and attentive. Learned about the floor model availability back in February or March and they put my name on a list and actually called me months later to let me know what I wanted was available now. Talk about customer service. Love them and so glad I have my Sactional (which other companies are copying now because it was absolutely ingenious) and my pillow sac!

Hanna was absolutely amazing! My friend and I arrived approx 15 min before the store closed on a Saturday night. I had a bunch of questions and Hanna answered them all well after closing. She never mentioned the time and didn't rush us at all. I assumed she was on commission but found out that's not the case. She simply believes in the product and is enthusiastic about letting others know how wonderful it is. As promised, she emailed both the quote I requested as well as a second quote with the other options we had discussed. Hanna is an asset to your organization and a wonderful brand steward!

I recently purchased a sofa with the sales associate Taylor and she was just great! She was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and really let us know all of our options that we didnt even think about with our purchase. Would definitely visit this store again for future purchases because of the expirence we had with her rather than ordering online.

Joneen at the valencia store was very helpful. I got my furniture last oct. 2022 and my stealthtech is marking a loud noise when you turn it on, like static. I've called 3x at stealthech and no help. As you all know, this is very expensive furniture, i think customer service should be tops. I know im under guarantee so why rhe delay?

Nothing but great things to say about going into the LoveSac store. The person that helped us was great and was there to just give us information and not to try and sell us on anything. I would definitely recommend going into the store if you’re considering buying one of their products.

We can’t wait to get our order.Visiting the LoveSac store was incredible!We where able to try the seats for as long as we needed, go through the fabrics and the different levels of cushion-comfort they offer. We also love to play with the 3D pieces and assemble as we want it to look like in our home. The guarantee is excellent and the flexibility to get different comforts for us was awesome, so everyone in the house is happy on their spot!Thank you for a very pleasant way of purchasing our next family room seats!

Impossible to return and once I got them to pick them up I cannot get my money back. It has been 16 days and nothing. Good luck getting someone on the phone and when you finally do, they say everything is in order, you should be getting your refund and it never happens. Do not buy from this company!!!
