TOTAL RIP OFF ON AIR CONDITIONING UNITS! Went to Lowes to replace our air conditioners. Lowes works with Roland Air in our area. They installed the units and the air was not circulating correctly. We had them come out to add a vent; they were at our house for 3 hours and charged us for 8 hours of labor - THAT'S STEALING. To top it all off, we were told no payment/no interest for 18 months when the contractor was here. We received monthly statements during that period, but there was no indication of interest being added. Now we are at the end of the promotional period (18 months) , and we get a statement that shows we accrued interest the whole time. We were actually charged 1.5 times the base interest rate. Every aspect of this deal was very shady..... and LOWES KNOWS ABOUT THIS RIP OFF BUT DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT.

Terrible customer service. A poor dishwasher installation cannot be looked at until after the weekend, I was told, because the installer is unable to receive the work order due to "system problems." I reported the problem on Monday and this is Friday. Meanwhile, the dishwasher cannot be used. They must then send an inspector to assess the problem before a repair can be scheduled to fix the problem. I asked that they contact another installer and was flatly refused. The Lowe's associate was unconcerned and unapologetic. I'm extremely disappointed with Lowes' customer service. Don't rely on them. They're the worst.

Nice store with a good selection of various plants. I found some very pretty pendant lights here on this trip too! Can't wait to install them

I do really think that the people here are the nicest. Genuinely are helpful and usually have good answers. Not always the best advice, but I understand. My true frustration. Falls and processes and procedures of how returns work and having a pro account/pro number. Theoretically the idea should work that if you have a pro number every receipt is stored under that pro number. So we need to return items. You don't have to have the actual receipt. Yet consistently my orders don't show up in the program. As a contractor, keeping receipts for every purchase would be ridiculously daunting when I make 4 to 5 purchases a day at some type of home improvement store. The only way to put the pro number into your transaction is by using your phone. It cannot be looked up via a phone number. I'm turning returns, now. If you make a debit purchase which requires a pin number, you should no longer receive cash back even though a debit purchase is considered same as cash. Sometimes waiting that 3 to 5 days is difficult to do when making large dollar purchases for customers. My recommendation would be if you're a pro I would save every receipt and or take a picture and or have it emailed to you so that you can then reference it later through email. The pro system does not work well nor does the return process..

The customer service here is the worst ever! The employees look and act miserable. Was told "sorry can't help you" when they took my gift cards for an order and then the order got cancelled and they would not return the gift card balance..... luckily customer service online were very nice and helpful. Won't ever shop on this location again.

This place is very unorganized, staff are usually kids who have no idea what you are talking about when wanting to find something, they pull out a company smartphone and do a search. You also have a difficult time finding anyone to ask a question on where something is. Home Depot seems to be more on their game with knowledgeable staff, and people with construction knowledge. The selection of power tools is much better at Home Depot. Also whoever is in charge of organizing this place needs training. If you are going to look for roofing silicone you should also have the caulking for roofing in the same area, the same goes for brushes, rollers, squeegees, and not on the other side of the building. Only positive thing I can say is they have craftsman, place I can either purchase or replace.

Lowe’s has the worst employee that, I’m gonna use this word loosely, “works” in the returns department. They lose items that you order and apparently you can’t pick up items that you bought without a phone or ID. According to the employee and Supervisor. Two different times I asked to talk to a Manager and they were not available. They used to have a lot of employees working in the store to help but they have cut back. Long lines for everything. Better off going to Home Depot. And if your a “pro” it means nothing to them.

Customer service is so appreciated especially when prices and inflation are so high. Today my husband was tasked with getting 14 fifty pound bags of quick Crete and 7 4x4x8 pressure treated wood posts for a project. He was greeted immediately by a young man in the lumber section who took care of collecting and loading all those heavy items. The process was such a pleasant experience. Most of the time we get employee names, however this time we missed his name. So thank you to the young man who worked in the lumber section this afternoon 10/27/23 around 1pm. Great job!
