Purchased a washer/dryer set on Black Friday. We needed to EXCHANGE the set because Best Buy could not install. We asked if they would honor the same sale price and we're told NO by management. Mind you we've spent thousands there on a recent kitchen remodel. I think they should've at least met us half way. I cancelled the order.

When two people sit you down at their "geek" counter & say they'll be right back ... and you wait, and you wait, and wait. 10 minutes later. All I wanted was to buy an external hard drive, (behind their counter). Those days when you'd like to stop shopping on Amazon, but you discover Best Buy is slower than Amazon's delivery. Best Buy is ok if you're buying off the shelf & going thru check out. Anything else is a slow motion disaster, like an in-person website that loads slow or not at all.

Hit n miss...some are excellent and knowledgeable and some are walking mannequins. Also, Best Buys should not put their sales people on commission because you come in to buy an advertised lower priced special and they try to upsell you a different one that costs several hundred dollars more. Also sales guys that have been there awhile will watch another's back when you have complaints about another one, then nothing gets resolved!

People do not work here when you ask questions they say that they do not know they walk around the store but when asked a question they say they have to do something and run off on casher is working and she takes 30 per customer the line gets very long

Initially I gave a 1 review with some choice words. You can see below. I have since changed my review and my mind since David and Spencer came to my house. I was having issues with my tv and David originally came out last Friday. Diagnosed the problem, ordered the part that had to be replaced and came back today with Spencer. These men did a great job!!! Fixed the issue quickly and worked clean. And they were great company while they were working. This is the service every company should expect from their team. Thank you gentlemen! I am very happy with the service I received. (Original 1review) Incompetence at its worst!!!! 30 employees and 4 brain cells between them. Radio shack was even better than these thumb tacks.

I had to complement Best Buy Santa Clarita again !!! The service is up and beyond !! Adam is a asset to Company His knowledge about appliances is amazing!! If you need any appliances Do yourself a favor and ask for Adam. I got a washer and dryer it was too large for me because I'm petite We were able to return get the perfect pair for me We also bought a refrigerator and dishwasher!! Because we have total tech they delivered free and hauled away old appliances You must have total tech the warranty's are on all your items you buy from Best Buy !! Now my microwave has broken !! We went to see Adam and he scheduled a tech to come to our home and see what they can offer me I'm might get a oven and stovetop too !! Gabriel was the tech that came to our home great guy !! So professional he told us our options and answered all our questions He was patient and knowledgeable !! Best Buy you're Lucky to have such a great staff !! Thank you Guys you make life easier for us !!

The service at Best Buy in general is never consistent. That's definitely true at this location. It's like no one wants to work here. Sometimes you'll get somebody and they're really nice and helpful and other times they act like they don't even want to be there. So Today, I did need some help looking for items I need, the girl who was helping me was really nice and helpful even though the store was totally out of stock of everything. But at the register it was a worse experience. There were 2 registers open...I got the youngest kid ringing me up. He was so unfriendly and didn't even look at me. like I didn't exist. It doesn't matter what you are going thru during the day or at home , when you are at work , you should perform well especially when you give service to customers. That is why, BestBuy will never be my first choice if there's another option.

Went to the store to buy a new TV and Jesse in electronics helped us out. He was amazing. Incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable! We will definitely go back for any other electronics and or home needs in the future! love the TV we ended up with and more than anything the customer services!

We ordered an 85 inch TV & was talked into the 2 year extended warranty which includes free installation of the TV. It was supposed to be delivered & installed on Friday. We got a call on Thursday night from a manager, Francisco who told us there had been a mistake & that the sales person forgot to schedule the install along with the TV delivery. He told us to call him as soon as the TV arrived & her would immediately send the Geek Squad out to install. Our delivery time for the TV was between 2 & 6. It actually arrived earlier than 2 which was great. We immediately let Francisco know that the TV was here by email. Hours later he finally responded & said that his friend Sal would head over around 4 to install the TV. Sal would call us as soon as he was headed over. It's 6:20 now & we haven't heard a word. We have made phone calls & sent several emails to Francisco with no response. We have no idea when our TV will be installed & have wasted our whole day waiting around. Poor, poor customer service! I'll add to this review if it ever gets resolved! Addition.....my husband drove down to the Best Buy store to talk to Francisco tonight & he claims they are still going to install tonight. It is now 8:00 at night. Really? Stay tuned! The lies are getting bigger!

I was there today at 5:56pm till close today, I waited over an hour long to get an iPhone 14 pro. I was the only customer buying a cell phone at the department. The employee by the name of Jess was very unprofessional with her customer service. She was not experience on handle the situation. Two other employees had to further assist and by the time I came to purchase the phone I was told that Verizon was closed and the upgrade cannot be done. I highly suggest you go to a different Best Buy and not this Best Buy due to bad customer service and professionalism by the employee Jess.

I love Best Buy and Total Tech. I purchased my 86 inch TV, Sonos Arc, and 2 Beams with a Subwoofer from Michael at this Best Buy in Santa Clarita. He knows his stuff. Also went back a month later to claim a price reduction difference. I highly recommend TotalTech. I got discounts for installation, parts, total tech exclusive sales, and exclusive $20-$40 discounts consistently. When you need something done, they make you priority. Geek Squad remounted my TV twice because it was too high at no charge. You have 2-3 months to reposition the TV at no charge. BTW warrantees are two years since you have total tech. I'll be a Total Tech member as long at they offer it.
