Took my GL 450 to get repaired at the dealer, they give me a diagnosis and prices for a few repairs that it needed it, long story short, it was the weekend of 4 of July and Chris TOROSYAN who was our advisor took time to book us a courtesy car for the time my car was being repaired (about a week) so I have a car to move around, he was very communicative giving me updates on the repairs, really nice guy! Highly recommend this dealer!

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICE HERE!!I went here to get my tires replaced, which were under warranty. Trisha the service advisor tried to charge me full price after another Mercedes informed me they are under warranty and should be replaced for the labor costs. She then told me 3 different prices and finally after speaking with a manager, the price was corrected. Next, I was told I needed my brakes and rotors replaced. I went to another Mercedes and turns out only my front brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. Not the rear brakes as they told me in the inspection video. Seems like Trisha wanted to get more $$$ out of me for production purposes. Trisha will try to scam you, stay away.

I would never recommend this dealer. I called the finance number to ask a question, and no one answers. I called Mercedes Corp and they tried calling the the dealer and got a voicemail. I tried calling Mercedes of Valencia again and just got the run around and more voicemails. Ever since they went under new ownership this dealership has gone down hill. I use to love this dealership and their amazing customer service. After owning four Mercedes, I guess I will go back to Fletcher Jones Mercedes. That dealership cares about their customers.

This is by far the worst service my boyfriend has ever received. He initially brought his car in because the ambient lighting on the drivers seat had split away from his chair. So Mercedes “repaired it,” however, once home we realized that the ambient lighting on not only the drivers seat was no longer working but also on the passenger’s side. So, we took the car back to them and explained the issue. They told us it will take 2-3 days to figure out what was wrong. 4 days later they told us they haven’t even looked at his car. And during those 4 days they left out his 2023 AMG Mercedes in the sun. Needless to say we will not be going back to them!

I took my EQS for repair and I’ve been a lot of other dealerships just the way this service advisor Trisha Maldonado take care of it. She was on top of every situation calling me every update keeping me posted. I have no words to describe how professional this person was I will definitely recommend and take my car there For serviceThank you Tarisha

Horrible customer service. I bought my car in to be serviced, Trisha told me it would be complete by 5pm that day. I didn’t get my car until 3 days later. No loaner cars available, i had to miss work. My concerns about my vehicle were not addressed until they day of pick up. I had to remind her why I brought the car in. When I tried to ask her questions, she talked over me and wouldn’t let me finish. She was very rude and unprofessional. I just asked to pick my car up so i can take it somewhere else. Unfortunately for me, this is the closest Mercedes dealership to my house, now i have to drive further out to the Encino dealership.

Had a flat tire on Labor Day weekend and they replaced all the tires with the same ones for a good price. I was not happy about this situation ruining my plans but getting the tires replaced and an alignment done within 5 hours is really great. Highly recommend. My experience was only with the service department but the showroom was nice and appears they have ample cars in stock.

I was disappointed that I had to wait even with an appointment all day. The service advisor (Jeremy) never responded to my text asking for updates after saying he would and at 5pm told me that they never even looked at my vehicle. They stated that the parts were not available but I checked with the parts department and they verified that most were in stock. The bathroom was dirty limited tp no paper towels and a moldy sink. No beans in coffee in machine. Service advisor was not responsive on updates.

Do not go to this dealership for anything, don’t buy a car from them because they will not provide service, don’t schedule a service with them because they make an appointment then hours left to your appointment they call and cancel my appointment by telling me we can’t give you a loner for more than 1 day, but when I made the appointment 2 weeks ago, they knew what was going on with the car, so this Mike called me who claims to me director of operations cancel my appointment without giving me other options, I waited 2 weeks for this appointment. I bought a 100k car and this is how I get treated. Do not do any business with this dealership at all. if their director of operations whose name is Mike, and he is uneducated, unprofessional, and clueless of business or customer service then i think no one needs to do any business with this dealership. Trust me will regret beg time and its not worth your time and nerves to waist on this dealership and employees. Dealing with them You will only get frustrated and angry.

Didn't like Jeremy attitude. He wasn't having a good day or something and it showed in his behavior. He wasn't trying to assist us and tried to do the minimum. We resolved it with the manager and he was more professional. I do give the manager a much better review. He was professional and did a great job. The rating would be higher if I was rating the manager but Jeremy should have made us feel that he wanted our business. I did do a follow up after returning and continuing with the manager. Unwillingness to help at the drive-up to look at a burned out headlight. Was told by parts that they could look at it. Tell me which one I needed then I could buy that parts but they wouldn’t even do that. I don’t recommend taking your car to Mercedes Valencia.

I would never buy a Mercedes again. The tires need air every other month. I have to go get them inflated much too often. Joe, with only 28k miles they are telling me I need new tires. Of course. It's broken down with my wife and 3 babies 2 hrs from home for no reason. I've brought it 3 x's to get wifi fixed. It's far too expensive for everything you NEED to do with it, and almost everyone except the finance guy has been unpleasant to deal with or talk to. They make you feel unimportant unless they know you are buying a car right then. I wish I could end the lease now but they will probably charge me the price of buying the car to do so.

they called me that the loaner is ready and i can takemy car to this dealer for service, I drove 30 miles from west hills to valencia, once I get there they check the car and did all paper work even for loaner after 45 min being there cashier told me to wait for my loaner, after 5 min the service guy caneout telling me that I don't have loaner now and the car they are going to give u its reserved,wasting more than 2 hours of my time end coming back with my car,other issue i got hit and run and I asked for collision images then they said that you should have USB on car and also purchase on app to get that service activated, you have the equipment but is not activated, my question to them was? I came to demo and no one inform me those information, the sales told me that sorry it was miscommunications and i explained to him your miscommunication cost me thousands of dollars,I don't even recommend this dealer for service.
