No one ever answers the phone by the third and fourth time calling I keep getting hang up on. Metro has really went down!

Terrible customer service. Very dismissing and blamed my phone's problems on viruses when it's clearly a system error on their end. The problem persists on multiple devices regardless on if I use the physical SIM card or an eSIM. He didn't even check my account and just looked at my phone for a few minutes. Go to a different Metro if you have any technical problems.

Purchased a new phone from this place .A guy named Andy helped me . he told me they did not have the $30.00 a month plan any more and that he could put me on a $35 a month plan . I said ok but the next day I checked my metro account to find a $103.00 charge and that Andy had switched me to a $75 a month plan without my permission . When I went back to confront Andy he gave me a bunch of lame excuses and would not change my plan back.I called customer service who told me some stores will do this but They are not supposed to and immediately put me back on $30 a month plan which Andy said they did not have anymore .. If you do use this store stay clear of Andy

All in all, the employees are friendly and professional.But a gentleman by the name Jose was incredibly helpful and patient. I certainly enjoyed my experience here on top of an already hectic day. Thanks guys!

Referring ONLY to the one in Newhall. JESUS is an awesome customer representative. He actually answers the phone. He knows every question I asked him. Very knowledgeable about phones, his product, the service. Very personable, nice, friendly, cheerful. Fast service. Truthful! Knows his stuff. I. Highly recommend this store only from my personal experience. Great experience. Great customer service. I will definitely buy another phone from him only. Do not go to the Metro PCS in Canyon Country on Soledad. Two girls work there who NEVER answer the phone, NEVER. Know little of their job services. Actually LIE to your face. I needed the girl who knew how to transfer pictures. The other girl didn't know. I asked when she would be in and she told me. I went in and she said the girl Rosita(????) Wasn't there. I asked" when she'll be in". She said "tomorrow". At that point, Rosita walks out from behind the wall. UNBELIEVABLE. She just lied to me. I didn't call her on it. I should have. They don't know much about service, product, anything and they lie. Friendly yes but we need HONEST customer service and their knowledge of their product and service. NEVER again will I go in there. Poor poor customer service. Go to the NEWHALL store and see JESUS. You'll be happy I heard they bring their dogs in too. Hide behind the wall, don't answer phone.

Great customer Service. My wife and i decided to walk into the store to see what metro had to offer. The girls working there were very friendly and really took care of us .After being with Verizon for 10 years they convinced us to switch to Metro.They explained all the services Metro has to offer and even took the time to activate Amazon Prime for us.They made the switch very easy and we were out within 30 minutes. While one of the girls was helping me obtained my account information the other one was setting up my phones. I really apriciate their help and i am byond thankful for the great experience.
