One of my tires went flat and despite being a run flat I barely made it to this tire shop. Allan was professional. He told the costs and options and with no pressure. I ended up buying 2 new tires for the rear. The price seemed a little high, but they are high-end tires and it's been awhile since I purchased new tires. Let's be honest, everything is insanely expensive nowadays. The wait was about 2 hours that I spent across the street at Starbucks. Overall, not a bad experience.

I have been going to Mountain View for over 10 years very helpful very honest and they do a great job and they explain everything I would not go anywhere else. This time I had my tires rotated. I have referred Mountain View to everybody I have talked to. I feel like family when I go there. Hugs and all.

Man at counter was having a bad day and it came through with a really bad attitude, quite the opposite of my previous experiences here. He was reluctant to look at the tire and pull records to verify if the flat tire was under warranty. Rolled his eyes too. I ended up taking my business online at lower cost and cancelling the tire purchase. There was no remorse on cancelling (on phone) and he hung up right after. He said refund would take a couple of weeks. It’s been a couple of weeks as of this writing and the refund is still outstanding. Hopefully it’s on its way and I don’t need to call back or dispute charge.

I was referred to Mountain Tire by Firestone Tire when they were unable to identify and fix my car.
Alan at mountain immediately found the issue with my tire sensor. They replaced it, reprogrammed my car computer and everything now works perfectly. They are very knowledgeable and and quick to help and solve my problem.
The price was fair and their work is high quality. They are my new go to place for repairs to my Cadillac.
Thank you Mountain Tire for your expertise!!! I will be coming back to you

The manager was training someone and was very rude and a rip off king. I pulled in for a appt and all i needed was my tail lights changed. I also supplied the light bulbs btw. I pull in and he says $20 per light so a total of $40. I said fine even though thats even extreme for a 5 minute job. He then walks in the office and says only one light needed to be changed and handed me back the light he didn't even have to use. So only one light was changed yet he still charged $40 and lied and acted like he didn't say what he said. Even when i corrected him he rudely said it's actually $40 per light and that it would have been $80. He's a liar and I didn’t misunderstand because I would have never agreed to pay $80 for a little job like that....i barely wanted to pay the $40. It's not the money, it's the principle of a business playing in my face.

I used to come here with my mom as a teenager. Had great service then .. now that im a mom I bring my cars and my teenagers cars here . Allen and his team are wonderful !
