“Best pharmacy in the valley and I tried others such as CVS, Walgreens and rite aid and they all can't compare to total care pharmacy. They're staff are the best and I honestly don't mind the drive from San Fernando. By the way they also have free deliveries if u can't make it to Santa clarita.”
“This pharmacy has helped me a lot! I didn’t even know that they were there! I transferred a lot of my prescriptions to you this Pharmacy. And they offer free delivery! Way better deal than Cvs with the delivery. They don’t treat you like a number they treat you like a true patient and don’t judge you when you’re on multiple medication’s. I highly recommend them. Super friendly stuff And the pharmacy manager is very understanding.”
“You wouldn’t think finding someone to gift wrap a present—something so simple—would be such a challenge these days. I wasn’t looking to have something wrapped at the store I bought it from; I just needed a place that still offered gift wrapping as a service. Turns out, that’s becoming a dying industry.
Enter Saugus Drugs & Hallmark.
I called right when they opened at 9am to ask if they could help. Drove over by 10am, and thankfully it was quiet. They not only wrapped my wife’s birthday gift, but also found the right box for it. I think I paid maybe $5 or $6, and honestly, it felt like a steal for the care they put in.
The woman who helped me was incredibly attentive. She asked me multiple times if I liked how it looked, made small adjustments, and genuinely seemed to care that it came out just right.
It’s been a few weeks since, and I still find myself thinking about how much that simple act meant. Thoughtful service like that is rare these days—and worth writing about.”

“There knowledge and customer service is 2nd to none. I would not go anywhere else. There new check in system makes it so easy and fast to pick up and pay for your Prescribtion. Get the app sign in and your Prescribtion that is ready pops up you click on it and then a barcode generates that you scan. Next thing you know you are being handed your Prescribtion and you are good to go. If this is new to you give it a chance it will save you a lot of time.”

“This CVS is located in Target. The pharmacy is never busy, they are fast and friendly. We were very impressed with their service, we needed a prescription quickly and it was ready by the time we got there. The only downside is they are closed on Sunday's. Highly recommend using this CVS”

“Store level staff outstanding in service and attitude. All the team members are quality employees who put people first. It's unfortunate that management and marketing have put profits above the most valued resource.
I have been with this location since it's beginings and have witnessed many changes. The most recent has been the addition of the virtual phone communication. This change was to improve the customer experience. It is a, 'vitual' failure. I personally had to speak to a person to resolve several issues. I also communicated with the cutomer hotline to express my opinon on this 'Virtual System'. 'Don't fix it, if it ain't broke!' Someone in the company got a big bonus. It sure wasn't the lower subordinates.”

“I want to say that Mr Arjun is a great worker I feel safe when I pump gas around 9 pm he is always walking outside making sure if everything is ok with customers always fast to help others. Rain or shine he is always walking outside and making sure it’s clean and making sure his customers are having an amazing day or night. Always cleaning during his shift for what I seen when I pump gas. Sam’s Club need more workers like him..”

“We were recently evacuated from our home. There was just enough time to grab some clothes, basic essentials and prescriptions. One of the prescriptions had no refills and only three pills remaining. The CVS Pharmacy on McBean Pkwy in Santa Clarita was able to provide a refill in about 15 minutes once they were told of the circumstances. The person who waited on us was so kind and helpful when we explained what had happened. She went above and beyond to assist. Since I forgot to get her name at the time I returned the next day to try to find out. After describing her I was told her name is Mary. Thank you CVS Pharmacy and especially thank you Mary for your help during our stressful time.”

It would also help with the stress these poor associates probably go through on a daily basis due to lack of staff. Even though some days I do see one person stressed out it is not his fault because he has to juggle so much . The pharmacists are also VERY nice and take the time to call you for check ups on the new medication or to let you know how long medication will take . Great workers , just need more to help them out . You can tell they are calling because they actually are concerned not just because of protocols. Thank you to all staff for working hard.”
