Get the app sign in and your Prescribtion that is ready pops up you click on it and then a barcode generates that you scan. Next thing you know you are being handed your Prescribtion and you are good to go. If this is new to you give it a chance it will save you a lot of time.”

I wasn’t looking to have something wrapped at the store I bought it from; I just needed a place that still offered gift wrapping as a service. Turns out, that’s becoming a dying industry.
Enter Saugus Drugs & Hallmark.
I called right when they opened at 9am to ask if they could help. Drove over by 10am, and thankfully it was quiet. They not only wrapped my wife’s birthday gift, but also found the right box for it. I think I paid maybe $5 or $6, and honestly, it felt like a steal for the care they put in.
The woman who helped me was incredibly attentive. She asked me multiple times if I liked how it looked, made small adjustments, and genuinely seemed to care that it came out just right.
It’s been a few weeks since, and I still find myself thinking about how much that simple act meant. Thoughtful service like that is rare these days—and worth writing about.”

Way better deal than Cvs with the delivery. They don’t treat you like a number they treat you like a true patient and don’t judge you when you’re on multiple medication’s. I highly recommend them. Super friendly stuff And the pharmacy manager is very understanding.”

“I come here for my family's medication . It is always busy and always just ONE pharmacy technician working . Could they hire two and make things easier sure ,that would give them five stars . It would also help with the stress these poor associates probably go through on a daily basis due to lack of staff. Even though some days I do see one person stressed out it is not his fault because he has to juggle so much . The pharmacists are also VERY nice and take the time to call you for check ups on the new medication or to let you know how long medication will take . Great workers , just need more to help them out . You can tell they are calling because they actually are concerned not just because of protocols. Thank you to all staff for working hard.”

Made sure to ask important questions to ensure safety of medication for my husband. He is also great with kids!
