The Pharmacist and whole team are always the greatest...even when they work tirelessly they still go above and beyond to see to it that you're properly counseled well versed when it comes to understanding the importance of the medication and your dosing instructions. This CVS is my go to especially when it comes to getting meds for my family. On my way out I had picked up a few items and was met by an employee I hadn't met before ...Brandon! a newer friendly face to the team! He was taking care of the needs on the floor as it wasn't to busy and as soon as I walked up to the register there he was readying himself to check me out! He wanted to make sure I got everything I needed as we spoke for a minute I got a real great impression from him! Soft spoken and extremely knowledgeable & super helpful! I needed something for my foot as I was in pain; I couldn't find it and I just about gave up ...Brandon explained to me that he knew exactly what I was looking for and immediately showed me where it was! See it's excellent customer service like that which keep's customers like myself coming back again and again! I truly appreciate him going above and beyond! I am happy Brandon is there! I believe he is a perfect addition to the already awesome team! I hope upper management reaches out to him and let him know what an awesome job he is doing!”

“They're my local go to drug store for prescriptions. The staff is great and they usually have whatever i need. The only negative thing I have to say is they never went back to normal business hours after the Covid hype went away. They used to be open until 8 every night as well as opened on Sunday's with a 3 PM close time. Now they close every night at 6 and 3 on Saturday's. Closed Sundays. These hours suck for anyone who works outside of SCV and doesn't get off until 5. Really makes it difficult to get prescriptions picked up. They have a delivery service but half the time I ask for it, it's unavailable.”

“Love Costco. Especially this location. I've been to all sorts of other locations within California and the vibe with the staff is HERE. I wish this location would bring some more of the other products I've seen in Woodland Hills or in the Valley but I hate going to those locations because they're always busy and the ambiance is like going to the zoo. Costco always has great stuff at a great price and value... you never know what treasures you will find for your household or in the food department! The only gripe I have about all Costcos are the products that are limited and don't come back.. Costco on Princessa always provides great customer service. The cart dudes helped me when I needed help loading heavy purchases into the back of my truck.. I've used their bakery, pharmacy and prescription eyeglasses departments. All great experiences.”

They helped me so much with all the paperwork and were able to get me the delivery within 2 days. “I believe this is for the intended Walmart pharmacy that I use (on newhall ranch). I've tried at least 10 different pharmacies through the years & this one has by far been the most pleasant & reliable. Things got crazy with stocks being low or completely out for periods of time when COVID began & this was the only pharmacy that I was able to count on. Maybe once did I have to find somewhere else that had one of my prescriptions in stock, but that's nothing consistent how often I use them (monthly for a few diff scrips). Also, I have never gotten those unpleasant/grumpy vibes/behavior from any of the pharmacists here, so that's a huge plus for me. The 2-3 maybe different pharmacists that I've encountered through the years have always been very friendly & helpful. If they carry the prescription that you're looking for, then I highly recommend this pharmacy. Least hassle possible here=rare.”

Yesterday my brother was in the store to use the blood pressure monitor and he requested some help monitoring the machine. Dominic came right over to help him. Was very helpful to make sure that he was using it correctly and was aware of the different types of monitors they had available. Geoff recommends Walgreens and the customer service provided!”

“I come here for my family's medication . It is always busy and always just ONE pharmacy technician working . Could they hire two and make things easier sure ,that would give them five stars . It would also help with the stress these poor associates probably go through on a daily basis due to lack of staff. Even though some days I do see one person stressed out it is not his fault because he has to juggle so much . The pharmacists are also VERY nice and take the time to call you for check ups on the new medication or to let you know how long medication will take . Great workers , just need more to help them out . You can tell they are calling because they actually are concerned not just because of protocols. Thank you to all staff for working hard.”
