Phil and Joey Levy, a father and son team with Compass did a great job helping us sell our home. My wife and I sat with them to strategize our process, including: timing; price; escrow; and move-out. They really know their business. They brought years of experience, knowledge of the market, and contracted resources to plan and implement the excellent presentation of our home. We received many compliments from family and friends. Our home listed for only six days, as we received multiple offers exceeding our asking price. Top shelf agents ! We were lucky enough to have out probate Lawer suggest them to help sell our property in L.A. Considering we live 900 miles away in New Mexico. You have to go on faith when you don't get to meet them face to face, just over Zoom. We consider ourselves very lucky to have had Phil and Joey on our side ! They made it as easy as it could be considering the circumstances. The always kept us in the loop via emails, texts, and phone calls. They made it easy doing a "long distance sale ". No pressure, they always offers their professional advice but ultimately will leave the final decisions up to you. We ended up in a home that we love and got a great price for the home we sold. Before going with Phil and Joey, we were concerned that the listing property was 35 miles away from Santa Clarita, and the distance would be a factor. We had worked with several other realtors in distant towns previously, but decided to go with our local team. Phil and Joey are true professionals. They were knowledgeable, did the due diligence, and showed real professionalism. Phil kept us informed on a daily basis. We were particularly pleased with how Phil negotiated with the buyer's agent when problems arose. We give the Phil and Joey team our highest recommendation!

Phil has been a good friend ever since I met him about 10 years ago when trying to invest in rental property. Although we decided against investing in rental property Phil would always keep in touch through the years and so when we decided to leave the state and put up our house for sale, choosing a realtor was a no brainer. Phil and Joey were exceptional from the initial walk through to closing. As a team they were the epitome of professionalism, providing us with all the resources we needed to get the house ready for sale. We were so confident in their ability to handle all the details that we vacated the home and moved out of state trusting that Phil and Joey had our back! A lawyer friend of mine once told me that all a listing agent had to do was to hang up a sign! Our friendship with Phil and Joey go a long way back, but I was concerned at first that the property 35 miles away from Santa Clarita would be too far to do due diligence. Phil and Joey handled every stage of the listing and sale professionally. Just as important, Phil advised and kept us informed on a daily basis. We could not be more pleased with how Phil managed negotiations with the buyer's agent. Phil proved that a good listing agent does more than just hanging up a sign! In my circle, there is a word for Phil, "mensch," which translates as "a particularly good person." He treats everyone with respect and goes out of his way to do the job right. Everyone has a friend or family member that wants to help you buy a home. I was no different. I’ve known Phil and Joey Levy since 2002. Phil and I have worked to together in the past for nonprofits. At all times, Phil acted with integrity, professionalism, calm, and compassion. When it was finally my turn to purchase a home, the first person I thought of was Phil. I mean, after all, how hard can it be to buy a house? I would soon find out!I’m sure most homebuyers have unique needs and demands of their home, and I was no different. I spent months going to open houses, checking out neighborhoods, calculating the commute time, all with Phil in the background providing support and advice. His many offers to assist with the home search were turned down. I didn’t want to “waste” his time until I was “ready” to buy.
