I recently purchased several items including rugs and furniture from this location. Britta was our design expert and was extremely helpful in assisting with fabrics and various selections. Other associates have also been extremely helpful in providing status updates on shipping of the custom items. Would definitely recommend this location to others.

My wife wanted to take a quick stroll through after our meal at the Cheesecake Factory, directly across the street, just to see if anything caught her fancy. After maybe 10 minutes, not quite what she was expecting nor very welcoming. "Stuffy" in her own words. We circled our way right back out.

Before the pandemic I ordered a loveseat from Pottery Barn. I waited 10 months only to receive a couch not a loveseat. They discontinued loveseat and arbitrarily replaced it with a longer couch. Not only that instead of the down cushions couch was half memory foam and half down cushions. I went into store and explained what happened. I liked a couch floor model that had been there few years and they said they would take my name so when they sold it I could get it due to my bad experience. Every year I checked. Today I got call floor model was available and said I would take it. Then they said two other people they had called were in store and one subsequently bought it. So a few years ago it was my understanding they would sell me the floor model to offset I received the wrong couch with mismatched cushions I had ordered previously as a courtesy. I didn't understand that wasn't the case or I would have pursued returning the wrong couch. Just as well. I don't like couch they wrongly sent me and I don't want any more Pottery Barn after today. I looked online today and Pottery Barn has horrible reviews on Consumer Affairs.

I'm not sure why Yelp allows people to imply racism, but in my personal and lives experience, this is one brick and mortar that needs and deserves to stay open. Teresa, the GM, has helped us a dozen times. Patient, insightful, and excellent taste! Each and every team member goes out of their way for us. They are even incredibly kind to my mother's legitimate service dog. Malls are filled with cranky people killing time and spending money they don't have. Keep that in mind when you judge a retail employee in 2022 post COVID. They are absolutely lovely.

This particular store lacks customer service . I don't want to be the kind of person that attributes rudeness to race but in this case it was pretty obvious. As we walk in and being the only 3 customers in the store the two employees standing there did not greet us . The white people that walked in a couple of mins later were greeted and asked if they needed help. As we made our way through the store the female can over to see what we were doing . Still unfriendly. I was just here to purchase some dishes but this store will not get my business. Just because someone isn't white doesn't mean they can't afford to shop in your store .

Great experience, really helpful staff. I don't know if it was because we shop all day and delt with all sorts of sales people and just was burned out at the end of it but me and the wife felt at ease with the associate at Pottery Barn. An we did not come to terms at 1st with what they had in stock ,she made suggestion and we were open to looking on line to making a special order ,that way we both got what we wanted..Now that's done, thank goodness.

I've shopped at Pottery Barn for many many years. Today, was my last time because it is incredible how one horrible salesperson can ruin something forever. Great Customer service is needed when you work in retail so I really hope a manager reads this review and makes sure his/her employees are treating Paying Pottery Barn customers with respect. If you ever need to top by this store, please stay away from Alene . She will ruin your day completely with her horrible attitude toward her customers.

I returned an item and apparently they do not refund shipping fees. Even though the purchase I made was shipping “free” I’ve spent two days calling and emailing some many people from customer service . No one is helpful nor do they care to make their customers happy . Customer service is horrible
