Great place if you have an appointment. If you are a walk in you are sol. Only one person drawing blood and they have appointments every 10 mins. For the ONE person to fit you in, 2 back to back appointments have to be no shows AND the 3rd appointment in a row has to not show up early. Also if you are 10 mins late you will lose your appointment. I don't blame the worker for not wanting to work harder for the little pay. Props to the unsupervised worker on working smarter not harder.

The woman taking blood at this Quest was rude, abrupt and very condescending. I do not recommend.

Ok -this little lab in Vons took some searching but wait was less than 5 minutes! The phlebotomist working at 1:30pm 3/27/23 was the best! I always have a hard time getting blood drawn at least 2 jabs minimum with bad bruising after. This one took a quick few seconds and boom in and out in minutes. Barely even felt the prick!! Unfortunately I did not get her name but very nice and clear with directions and I found myself a new lab ! Give this girl a raise!!!

I made my appointment online so I had a secure spot instead of just walking in. Checkin was easy as I opted in for the text messaging and they sent you a link to do so to by pass touching the touch screen up front. Mask must be worn inside of the waiting area as it is a really small space that is shared with the pharmacy by a door. There is only one room for quest that the nurse is working in and the other room is for the pharmacy for people getting flu or covid shots. My appointment was set for 11:10 and I didn't get seen until almost 11:40 am, about a thirty min wait to get my blood drawn and I was fasting so I was sitting there getting a bit hangry from the wait time being more than expected. Why there was such a long delay I don't know, but the lady in front of me had her appt at 11 and didn't get seen till half an hour later. I get the nurse is alone and getting through patients as fast as she can but also it shouldn't take that long to wait.. maybe because it's only one nurse compared to the one I usually go to at the mall that has 4-5 nurses on stand by. Once I finally got in, I felt like I was in and out of there in five minutes. I'm not a fan of getting blood work, though who really is! But I also hate needles and she made me feel comfortable and was really friendly and the best part is she got the needle in right away with no issues. She also made sure to apologize for the long wait time, which I appreciate as to why I had to knock off a star.

I'm pretty sure they are doing something wrong every time it takes 10 minutes of talking just to the get a blood draw your appointment time means absolutely nothing to them you will usually have someone trying to make friendly conversation but in the end you're just a number

Sat down to get my blood drawn, she asked for my requisition number to scan. While it was downloading it for her to scan I explained to her my anxiety of getting my blood drawn as 9/10 nurses have been unsuccessful. She said "we will see" since the number was not popping up right away I asked her if it would be easier for her to get it from my husband who was literally right outside the door. Literally, not even a whole minute went by in this dialog. She told me "time is up, I should of had it up before I even walked in the door" then proceeded to push me out the door and said I could come back after her break. I was beyond confused and asked for a explanation but all she did was close the door in my face. There was no combative response just udder shock and confusion! When I already explained my anxiety to her how is it possible to be treated like this!? How do nurses with no compassion do this line of work!? Horrific.

DIANA (or diane?) IS AMAZING!!! really sweet. I came as a walk-in last minute. She used a tiny needle and I barely felt a poke. Super easy blood draw. Best I've ever done

Do not go this location unless you want to spend at least an hour for taking blood works.They work so slow and they DONT care about your schedule time!!! My 2nd and last visit here for sure!!!!!!!!The worst location and worst service don't go there!!!!!!!!!!If I could give zero stars I'll !!!!!

I had an appointment that was verified on line. When i arrived early as required, no one was there. The pharmisist told me that no one had been there all day. I called all the numbers in the Santa Clarita Valley for Quest, and I could speak to no one. It was just a recorded message. I will never use this company again.

No phone number, inside of Vons with no space, bad smell, horrible customer service and if you’re a few minutes late, they cancel your appointment…10 minutes to be exact…oh, and no sign indicating the small room is hidden inside of Vons.Don’t bother…try another company.

This is the worst customer service. I called and listened to the hours of operation. It didn't say what time lunch was. So I showed up at 12:25 and the technician said she couldn't take my drop off and I would have to return at 1:30. This is for my Mother-in-law who was there yesterday and that technician said we could drop off at anytime. So now I get to sit in my car and wait until 1:30. Can't wait to see how long that wait will be. This is not my first time dealing with this poor customer service at this Quest Lab on Lyons Ave
