This is my store for hair dye and supplies. I went in a few days ago to buy dye and they were out of one of my colors. I was disappointed because I wanted to dye my hair before Christmas. Jessica told me to check back in a couple days as they were getting in another shipment. I called back before the shipment got in and thought I would have to wait till the next day. But a few hours later Jessica called me and told me she had received the color I was looking for and she was holding it at the counter. She went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed. Thank you so much Jessica. Now my hair will look good in my Christmas pictures this year. ?

I went to the Sally's beauty salon looking for particular hair care products specifically for my grade of hair but when I walked over to the section it didn't seem like they had much in line for my type of air. When I say my type of hair I mean afros required type of spray the uphold it. I know they've carried it in the past because I bought it there, but they didn't seem to have it. On top of that, they didn't seem to have any hair picks for my type of hair either. And on top of it the employee did not make me feel welcome there. So I will never be going to this place again. And I recommend any person who's of African American origin. Do not visit this place either.

An item I was looking for was only available at Sally's and I needed it asap. I did my research before and was surprised that it was almost double the price of what it would cost buying online. But I was in a bind and needed it that day. I asked the sales person at Sally's if they'd match the price but they said no. I was surprised but she didn't seem to mind if they lost a sale. I ended up buying the product. The unfortunate thing is a piece broke on it the first time I used it. Sally's sales are final and now my only way to get it repaired is to pay for it to be returned to the company. Yes they stamp the receipt as all sales final but be warned that their prices are higher than most, sales are final, and if you get into a bind you might be in the end paying double for the product you want. It's not good customer service to have the highest prices and worst support IMO.

OK so I have always shopped at this Sallys and I normally know what I want but lately I was not getting the desired color I wanted. That's where Jess came in and literally knew what color I needed to get the color i wanted! She knows her stuff and I have trusted her since for any questions I need answers too. Jess has long black hair and is very easy to talk too you will always find her either restocking or training someone. Always busy but she will stop what she is doing to help you out trust me! Go with Jess!!!

A worker name Jessica was not nice at all i went into the store to purchase hair dye with my kid while i was looking for the color my kids started to act up one of them started crying like crazy because i wont give him the phone so she walks to were i was and gives me this look and says can you control your kids she thought my kids were misplacing stuff around in the area we were in we were so i told her my kids didnt do that so she say iam just letting you know to watch them and i said iam watching them i felt discriminated because iam Hispanic and she was white you dont tell costumers to control your kids if you cant hear a kid crying maybe she shouldnt even work there made me very piss the way she said control your kids!!!

I will start off by saying in general I rarely leave negative reviews and I'm very quick to jump on and give credit where credit is due. I love supporting local businesses and try my hardest to always point out good customer service. It takes a lot for me to go out of my way to post something negative on Yelp. Horrible customer service , the manager is extremely rude, sad because I've been coming here for years but will not be coming back again. It's a shame the management doesn't seem to care considering their reviews have drastically gone down. Can't imagine this place staying open much longer with that attitude - The manager made it very clear she can care less about trying to maintain a good customer relationship, frankly seems like as long as she's getting paid she doesn't really care about the clients who come in and out of the store. In my case I went to buy an item that I was really reluctant about but the front management and cashiers had convinced me it would be a good purchase, $250 later when I walked out to my car I realized The product was not gonna work out and walked right back in. The whole ordeal was maybe one minute from the time I walked out to the time I walked back in. The Manager quickly went from friendly to rude, and cold. She could see it was visibly upset considering I felt I was cornered into buying the item and I trusted them, when I got to my car I realize the extensions were shorter than my actual hair, I shared with her that I felt I trusted them to help guide me in the purchase considering they are the professionals in the field. Without attitude she said if I could get customer service to approve the return she would honor it but went on to say how they are unfortunately closed for a few days. I stepped outside and called customer service only to find out they were in fact open, they told me they would honor the return and they would call the manager. I was on hold with them for one hour before they got a hold of the manager and she told them that she would not be willing to return the item. It would've been nice if she had the courage to say so from the beginning instead of have me waiting outside the store for over one hour trying to get a hold of them. After more time working with customer care they called her back and asked if she was willing to do an exchange, after back-and-forth with the manager she finally agreed to do an exchange. What was even more upsetting is that the manager had claimed in the time I stepped out of the store to the car that I completely "unraveled the hair and it was unsellable" when in fact it was in the packaging and all I did was hold it up to my head to check the length, how much damage can you possibly do in the 20 second walk to your car. Worst part was her aggression and her abuse of power, you can be a manager and you can hold your own, you could also hold onto policies which is you're right, but to talk down to your clients and make them feel so small just to pull the manager card as some sort of power or control is just disgusting. I have gone here for so long that I never even bother looking for another beauty supply store in the area but I'm thankful that the situation occurred me and my family and friends are now going to be going elsewhere. All of this would have been no big deal if the manager just had a little more class and respect, I would have managed to get over it and just fork out the money for another set of clips- oh well you live and you learn right ?

Vivian,Rosemary andAdrianna they were all simply amazing! These three young ladies provided not only excellent customer service. They exemplified exception knowledge concerning the Hair care products that they provided and were very courteous and thoroughly answered every single question with complete detail!! So glad I was able to experience such class from three beautiful young ladies!! I would recommend everyone to take a visit , buy a product, and ask questions and experience the same experience I had!!!

I went into the store today and was immediately greeted and was asked if I needed help with anything, Jessica helped me find a new eyebrow pomade and a face mask to help the redness on my face. She was very helpful and even gave me an at home remedy tip for that redness. Thank you Jessica!

While their dyes were kind of limited the staff was very friendly and helpful. They give the best advise for your hair situation as possible. And they don't hover once they've pointed you in the right direction. The staff is amazing and helpful.
