Terrible service. It takes 30 minutes to get a damn hot dog because they're too cheap to staff the cafe. Don't waste your time. Go to Costco instead. They serve you lickety-split.

I feel like Sam’s Club has a scam going on.A few months ago, my partner and I went into Sam’s and he added me to his membership and we cancelled mine. I have moved out of California since then (but will be going back and forth between the two so planned on keeping our membership) and we don’t have Sam’s here. Yesterday morning I got a charge in my bank account from Sam’s to renew my old membership so I called the Santa Clarita store to get it straightened out. The woman was really rude, but I just explained that I had cancelled that card since I’m not on my partner’s membership. She said I had to come into the store to cancel it. I explained I wasn’t in California and couldn’t come in. She said they don’t do this over the phone so I needed to find a Sam’s near me. I said I couldn’t because they don’t have Sam’s in this state. She really didn’t care and said there was nothing she could do. She said I needed to call 1-800-WALMART.I called 1-800-WALMART and spoke to someone there, went through the whole story, and they said they couldn’t cancel it and I needed to talk to the store. I explained I had spoken to the store and they sent me to this corporate number. He insisted he couldn’t cancel it and the store had to do it, even though I kept saying they won’t help me. He said I HAD to call the store back.I called the store back and just asked if I could speak to a manager. She said yes, but what was it regarding. I said my membership and she needed more info. I said I needed to cancel my membership and discuss a refund. She said again I needed to call corporate so we went through the entire thing again (same woman as before). I finally spoke to a manager who insisted she can’t cancel it, and that only corporate could. Nothing I said made any difference. I kept saying “you’re both telling me you can’t cancel it and that I need to call the other office. How do I cancel my membership?” No help.I called 1-800-WALMART again and the same conversation. So right now, Sam’s won’t cancel the membership THEY were supposed to cancel months ago, I can’t get a refund for the charge they shouldn’t have made … WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO??We’ll cancel my partner’s membership and will never shop at Sam’s again. We’ll get a membership at Costco. WHAT A SCAM!!

I feel like Sam's Club has a scam going on. A few months ago, my partner and I went into Sam's and he added me to his membership and we cancelled mine. Flagging for store since no manager comes to the phone. You need to train your employees better. I waited in line at cafe and the employee at register said he doesn't know how you pay with the app. People don't carry cash or cards these days. He refused to ask anyone else. I'm like WTF!!! You are making an insane minimum wage nowadays and don't know how to complete a sale so over ignorant people in retail.

Terrible experience with Auto Care. I purchased tires at this store for my truck. I paid for the tire plan. I am also a plus member with the credit card. Today I dropped off my truck for basic tire rotation. They told me it was going to take 45- 60 minutes because they didn't have any cars. I came back 80 minutes later. And they advised that my truck was started because I car that had an appointment showed up early. Next time I need to make an appointment. I needed to wait 60 additional minutes for my truck to get a basic tire rotation. This is terrible. They offered to make an appointment for different day. They had 5 employees working back there on one car and the others employees were looking at the computer. This auto shop has become terrible.

I've been a Costco girlie for years but last year I was able to get a Sam's Club membership for cheap so I said what the heck and tried it out. So far I've been pretty pleased with Sam's. To be honest the big things that got me are the curbside pick up option and scan and go that keeps you from having to check out at a register. The convenience of both of those was enough to make this mama happy. The scan and go really helps to keep lines short. (I will admit that a couple times when I got an order pick up my order had some mistakes. But when I contacted the company through chat, they fixed it immediately. So be sure to check your orders.) As far as the offerings go, there are more items that you can get in reasonable portion sizes than Costco. However the members mark items are lower than quality to me than Costco's Kirkland items. Their prepared foods seem to be on par with Costco's though. But the restaurants food is lower quality than Costco's. If you're a hardcore Costco person, you may want to hang on to that membership. But there are always deals floating around to get a Sam's membership for around $25. So if you find that, give Sam's a try and see what you think!

I am an avid Costco member holder, but a great deal on Groupon found me with a Sam's Club membership for $15 for the year. If I even go once or a few times, it was well worth it. We are sick of the same old snacks and food items at Costco, so a family trip to get some new stuff for school snacks was a must. Now, of course the closest one is about 30-40 minutes from us. I won't be visiting often, but will come from time to time. They had a lot of different stuff that Costco normally has and they had a lot of competitive prices I thought. It seemed like they had more variety when it came to the meat counter, breads, snacks, and holiday stuff. They were putting out a ton of Valentine's stuff that I thought was really cute and unique, and great priced. We literally walked every aisle since it was our first time there. We also had a soft pretzel and piece of pizza from the food court! Both were great, the pizza I liked better than Costco. It was smaller for a whole pizza, but a better crust that was well done. Pretzel was great too. Checking out was mainly self check out, which could be a nightmare if its crowded, we walked right up luckily. IT was fast and easy to check out and was a great experience. Food Court though was good but the lines was crazy long and it took a very long time to get food both times we bought. Other than that, it was a good experience and I will try it out from time to time when I am out that way.

This review is based on the floral delivery service. I had never ever been to Sam's Club in my life until I got a membership this year. The first thing I wanted to do was to send somebody flowers in a vase to memorialize my friends loss of her husband recently. The flowers were very reasonably priced and delivered two days later as promised. The recipient let me know that they were very pretty and happy with the arrangements. I can't wait to see what else I can buy at Sam's Club either in person or delivery. (including curbside pick up that I splurged on for this year.)
