Another gas station that lies! They advertise diesel #2 but it’s actually renewable biodiesel which is not ok for my company truck. (False advertising) and also Maggie you are a POS Manager! See you guys in court!

I pumped gas on this gas station on a Wednesday at 1149pm. after I got back in my car, I realized my tire pressure alert went on... so I went back inside and asked nicely if they could turn the air machine on and the attendant said I was broken... I checked the machine and everything looked in its place. even the card reader was working. So I used the card and walla! the machine worked perfectly! There was no reason to lie. he could just say there is no free air for customers!

These guys are very shady workers. This is the second time I go to this gas station to pay with cash and put my rewards number and they still charge you the same as if I was paying with a credit card. When you asked them why It didn't take the rewards number they give you an excuse that the internet isn't working. Sounds like a crock! The 1st time this happened the guy just said he forgot to add the rewards. Bull! Shady foreigners! Be watchful when you go there to pay with cash.

I have never seen a gas station have all of their pumps out of order as often as this one. I can understand when it happens during inclement weather but it happens frequently regardless. Seems like they need to up their maintenance budget.

I witnessed the sales associate named Amrish being incredibly rude to his fellow associate that he was “training”. He was being incredibly rude, talking down to this man in front of all the customers. It was so unproductive, as was not helpful at all and it was so hard to stand there and watch; I had to say something. I let the man that was in training know he was doing a great job and told Amrish he should try to be a bit more patient. Amrish proceeded to argue with me and states “I’m the one training HIM” like he deserved some sort of entitlement to be a complete trash of a human. I’ve seen Amrish be inattentive many times, as he makes customers wait while he’s busy laughing and chattering with someone behind the register. He is fairly new to the neighborhood and making our neighborhood Shell look bad. Seems like a really toxic employee.

Trashy cashier woman with no class decided to yell at me and talk down to me in a condescending manner. She made an error, I agreed to comply and was harassing me. Trashy service, this is not the first time I have had such an encounter.

I pulled up to buy gas like I normally do. As I was getting out the car the cashier comes out yelling at me to move my car. I asked why and she said that they had to prepay the pump I pulled up to for someone else. I didn't argue, despite being their issue and not my fault. I simply replied "Okay, let me put this in the trash". She followed me asking me if I understood what she was saying. I repeated myself and she began talking down to me as I began to move my car. I asked her to stop following me and as I pulled away she was talking s**** I will never do business with this location. Poor customer service. If you don't know how to talk to ppl don't work in customer service. Give certain ppl a little bit of authority and they lose respect. She's very lucky I drove away.

Got charged for gas and the machine told me "thank you for choosing shell" without giving me gas. I went inside and told the guy I got charged but didn't get any gas. He told me oh it's fine as long as you didn't get any gas we will refund the money and made me pay for gas again. A few days later I got charged for both of them when I told him I didn't get my gas. Not going back here

Nothing is wrong with their store inside accept that fact that I have 3 charges on my card by Shell that I left on accident. charged my card $50/$100/$100 even and even tried attempting 2 more times in the afternoon and 2 in the morning. to the Managers and other people, please watch out for the employees because they are stealing money out of me. I would give 5/5 for good service but it went to a 0 because of $250? Please check on employees. Already got a police report ready.

Clean gas station, but not all the pumps work all the time. Lots of space even to fill up with a trailer... also good for RV's, easy to maneuver inside.

Review at the time of visit. 1st time visiting this particular location. Generous space between fuel station pumps. Generous space around fuel station pumps and parking area. This place meets ADA requirements on accomodating those patrons who has physical disabilities. Has a ramp for wheelchaired patrons. Generous selection of snacks and drinks. Has a freaking Del Taco inside!!!! HOW FREAKING AWESOME IS THAT?!?!? Why only 4 stars? 1. The restroom was missing paper towels; ran out of paper towels. There are toilet papers and toilet seat covers though. 2. Fuel on this station has up to 10 percent Ethanol. It was $5.99 per gallon on the regular grade during my visit. Some cent higher compared to the surrounding fuel stations. Convenient location. Has some nearby shops and food shops.
