I was sold a car under the guise that it was thoroughly inspected and maintained by the dealer. Upon arrival, the car had bad control arms ($$), a faulty torque converter ($$$) and odometer rollback (car was advertised at 70k miles, was really at 100k+ miles, according to mechanic paperwork that was left in the glovebox)

Enoch and Marat went above and beyond to help us get into our dream car! They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient and helpful to accommodate our special questions and circumstances.
